Watched this #documentary related to #climatechange and #globalwarming narrated and hosted(?) by #leonardodicaprio . The saddest part was that in #USA there are people and politicians who believe that global warming is faux and is 'made up' by some "silly" scientists. Really?! It's the most stupid thing I've heard in years😑
Are they blind to all the changes that are happening to so many countries? How winter has reduced to a mere month? How tons of ice in artic is melting at such a fast rate? How the sea level is rising and threatening to submerge island and seashore countries?
The worst part is that the USA, which is the greatest power on Earth and is supposed to be consisting of enlightened minds is behaving in such an irresponsible way. They expect developing countries like India which don't have financial power to turn to renewable energy, to do so when they are neither setting a good example nor giving any aid. (A single American uses energy equivalent to energy used by approximately 35 Indians) #beforetheflood
