I woke up and brushed my teeth and and took a quick shower i put on a plain white crop top that said compton in black letters and my jean high waisted shorts and my white and gold puma shoes then i flat iorned my hair bone straight with a part down the middle and lastly i put on my black hat that said compton in white letters after all of that i went to tariah's room and knocked on the door

"Come in" she said on the other side of the door

"Aye bitch im bout to go get food to make breakfast and maybe a slip and slide for the kids ill be back but if they wake up before im back just let them watch tv and let me use some of yo bath and body works perfume my stuff is in the truck

She threw me the vanilla bean one that i like and i sprayed it

"Damn you gone leave a bitch ashy" i said she laughed and threw  me the lotion to match the perfume i put it on and got my keys and walked out i unhooked my car from the back of the truck and got in and drove to Wal-Mart

When i pulled up niggas and bitches was starrin like can i have my muthafuckin face back but i continued to walk in the store and get my stuff i needed then head to check out

I just got back to the house and i put the food in the kitchen then went to the living room to see leon and tariah

"Tay where is lyric" i asked confused

"She went back to sleep so i put her in her bed" she said then turned back to her phone

"Leon come on so i can give you a bath and do your hair" i told him because he has long curly hair

"No mama" he said looking back at the tv

"Im sorry you said you want me to beat yo ass" i asked him with my brow raised

" no" he said and started crying

"Then get to your bathroom so you can take a bath now" he went to his room like i said stomping his little feet up the stairs

"They are truly your children" tariah said shaking her head i sighed and sat next to her

" yeah its a blessing to have them too but i never wanted kids this early shit i didnt even want my life like this tay i cant do this its too hard" i said crying on her shoulder

" oh babygirl i know but you can do this you are the strongest person i know like on some real shit cause if i would have went through half of what you been through in life i wouldnt be here but you are because you are a worrior you got this now wipe your tears sis and go be the best mother those children can ever have " she told me kissing my cheek

" i love you sis you are the best" i told her giving her a hug and going to leon's room i ran his bath and got his clothes out

" take your clothes off so i can give you a bath" he took his clothes off and got in i put the soap on his scrub and tried to bath him but he wouldnt let me

"No i do it mommy" he told me taking the scrub out of my hand and trying to bath himself

"I done now" he told me

"Ok can i do your back for you" he just nodded and i did his back and quickly did the places that he didnt get before he could protest

"Now rinse off" i told him turning the shower on and draining the water he stepped out and i dried him off and put his clothes on then put some cornrows in his hair then told him to go downstairs to tay

After getting the kids ready for the day i gave them breakfast and let them play out side now they are taking their naps

"Tay can you help me come get this stuff out the truck so i can start unpacking"

"Yeah let me go put some shoes on" while she did that i went to the truck and opened it and started taking boxed out and taking them in the rooms that were labled on them

Soon tay came out and started helping as i went back to the truck i saw this dude next door on his porch with some other guys staring at me but i just brushed it off i just continued getting the boxes and lyric came running out to me making me drop the box good thing it was just clothes

"Lyric you are suppose to be taking a nap why are you up" i asked picking up the box mad that she made me drop it

"I not sleepy momma" she told me now that i think about it she did sleep alot yesterday and today so i guess she got more than enough sleep

"Ok well go play with your toys or something baby i gotta finish helping auntie riri" thats what her and leon call tariah

She ran away while i sat the last boxes on the ground and closed the truck

"Tay can you take the truck back" i asked as she was coming out the house

"Yeah i got you where the keys" i pointed to the ground and she picked them up and hopped in the truck and drove off

I put the boxes in the rooms they go in but i havent un packed them im too tired right now im watching leon and lyric play in the front yard

A little girl came up to lyric and started playing with her i didnt see her parents so i wanted to see if she was lost

"Hi sweetie what is your name" i asked bending down to their level

" im mariah" she said smiling i smiled back about to ask where her mom or dad was but that dude that was looking at me earlier walked up to us

"Mariah what did i tell you about going out of the yard" he asked her while picking her up

"Dont do it" she said putting her head down

" she is a very pretty little girl" i told him

"Yeah she is" she said dryly while walking away i brushed off his rudeness

"Well since we are new around here maybe we can set up a play date with her and my kids they seem to like each other" he looked at me then my kids then back at me

"Yeah we'll see" with that he walked to his house going inside that nigga is rude as fuck

"Come on yall so you can eat lunch" i yelled to lyric and leon they both got up and ran in the house and i started to fix their lunch

Ik this is boring but its just the beginning there will be more drama and love and all that just hang in there we gettin there

The little girl mariah's name is pronounced [ma•ra•i•uh]
