"You can rest when you die"
The voices echo fervently
The truth in that matter
Has withstood the test
The test of time that death
Brings needed sweet relief
To a pained and broken body
"You can rest when you die"
The voices are tireless
But the the flesh is weak
And cannot go on further
But there will be no rest
And a cry for help goes wasted
With no strength just tears
Of salt water and those that cut
Stain the face and the soul
"You can rest when you die"
The labors and emotions
The turmoils and limits
Expectations are too high
And continues to bully
Pushing the body further
Breaking an innocent soul
"You can rest when you die"
