Prequel to 'Falling Apart'!
A/N: So, I'm not totally sure that this story is even going to go anywhere, I've just been having fun with it so far. I've never really written anything like this before, so I'm sorry if anything isn't particularly strong. I don't know if this will end up being overly "romantic" or not, but if it does, it probably won't include any smut just because I don't feel confident in how I write those types of scenes. Anyway, I just wanted to put those couple of things out there.
Also, just to set things up a little bit: this is in a universe where Harley isn't in the picture, and I'm going to be kind of writing the Joker with the assumption that Harley's death changed him a lot, in ways you might not really expect.
