*Peter Pans POV*

It had been a two whole months since Christmas and not a lot had really changed. Well actually quite a bit had changed but it was small changes.

Firstly Raven decided she liked sleeping in my bed more than she liked sleeping in her own. So she slept there every night. Wendy didn't mind. She and Edward liked sharing a bed as well.

Secondly the lost boys camp was made a lot more cosy than usual. Every evening we would eat together with all of the lost boys. And then we would build a fire and Posa told us stories. Posa and Hook had both decided to stay with us which was fine. We all enjoyed their company.

We had started to come up with ideas fighting Andrew and his crew. We still had about six months until anything happened but we couldn't be too sure.

And finally we had returned to London and few weeks ago and had found out that a huge search was under way to try and find Posa and her children. She was planning to return this evening to tell Mr. Darling that she did not actually love him and she was going to live in Neverland instead.

Me, Wendy,  John, Michael, Edward and of course Raven had offered to go with her and she of course said yes.

I awoke on the morning that we were due to leave as I usually did. The sun was shining it's lovely bright rays all over my face. I opened my eyes and saw Raven still asleep cuddled into my chest.

"Oh Raven berry. Time to get up." I said softly in her ear. Honestly seventeen years old and she still needs someone to wake her up.

Even though she was supposed to stop aging four years ago, it turned out that she'd actually stop aging at eighteen.

"I don't want to. Bed is warm. Outside cold." Raven muttered opening her eyes.

"Come on Princess. We have to get up." I said.

She wrapped her arms around my waist and closed her eyes again.

"I'm staying here. I don't make a habit of waking up at five in the morning." Raven said.

"Oh it's still only five? Well I guess you can sleep in if that's the case." I said. Immediately she fell asleep. I stayed awake for a moment longer. I stroked my hand through Ravens hair before trying to fall asleep. It didn't work.

"Are you awake?" Raven said quietly. I looked up and saw her wide awake staring at the wall.

"I thought you were asleep. You were really tired." I said smiling at her.

"Well I was but I woke up again." Raven said as if she was annoyed.

"Aw come on its not that bad. Now you get to stay here and cuddle me." I said wrapping my arms around her waist.

"Oh goodness. I have to stay with you. How horrible." She said smiling at me.

"Well it can always leave if you want." I said smirking at her.

"Not a chance. It's Sunday. Everyone will be sleeping in." She said. She turned around and wrapped her arms around my waist before I could walk away.

She buried her face into my chest and I kept stroking her hair. It was soft and really long.

"Why is your hair so long?" I asked suddenly. She looked up at me as if that was the weirdest question ever which it probably was.

"I don't know if just don't want to cut it. I like it long." She replied blowing a strand out of her face.

"And also when I first got my scar I was really ashamed of it. I was embarrassedby all of the attention I got because of it. Lots of stories were going around about how I got it. Most thought that dad had given it to me. So I decided to grow my hair long to cover my scar and so that the attention would be on my hair instead." She added.

"I'm still really sorry about that Raven. I would never purposely hurt you." I said sincerely. I really was sorry. Ever since I had cut her, I guilt had eaten me up every day.

"It's fine. I forgave you long ago. It doesn't matter. Not any more." She said patting my head.

I smiled. "Are you sure you don't want to get up?" I asked one more time.

"No way!" She said.

I had finally persuaded Raven to get out of bed. Technically she was still half asleep but she got up anyway. We went outside for a late breakfast with Wendy and Edward.

There were only a few people out and about but those who were up joined us for breakfast. The twins were running around the table because of a small sugar rush.

Posa and hook turned up shortly after we had begun eating. Posa laughed at the twins before giving them a glass of water which gave them hiccups instead of giggles.

"How was that meant to help? Now they have hiccups." Hook said watching the twins who were sitting down hiccuping.

"I know. Now they'll calm down a bit. Hiccups take up a lot of energy out of small children. They'll calm down now." Posa replied sitting down at the table.

"That's why you always gave us hiccups if we were giddy." Wendy said surprised.

"Exactly it works quite well as you can see." Posa said gesturing to the twins.

"When I was giddy, dad just dropped me off at the mermaid lagoon. I was tired out in minutes by their droning about everything." Raven said glaring at her father.

"Well I didn't know about this great hiccups thing. If I'd known, I would have saved a lot more time instead of going all the way to the mermaids just to calm you down." Hook said.

"Parenting with captain hook. Give your child to mermaids if they're crazy. That will be a great book one day Hook." I said.

"Hooks book. I wonder if grandma hook read you a bed time story like that." Raven said thoughtfully.

"I can assure you that grandma hook never read me bedtime stories. She wasn't in to that 'soppy nonsense' as she liked to put it. She would make you sleep at the bottom of the ship with no candles if you were scared of the dark. Still does I'd say." Hook replied.

"Wait your grandmother is still alive?" I asked Raven. I thought that both of Hooks parents were dead.

"Yes she is. I have met her a few times but she doesn't come to the cover much because when grand dad Hook died she got herself a ship with a small crew and sailed into the Neverland Sea. She used to send constant letters to dad about running the Cove properly but he could never reply because he didn't know where to send it to." Raven explained.

We were just finishing up breakfast when suddenly Edgar ran in.

"Peter! Quick. There are pirates. They just arrived on the beach. They had cannons and swords and stuff and they're headed this way." He said urgently.

"What did their leader look like?" Raven asked.

"Well he had short blond hair and a small bit of stubble. They all called him captain parker or parcel or something." He said, trying to remember.

"Parkins."

"Yeah that's it. Parkins." He said snapping his fingers.

"Oh no. But why would they come now. We still have at least six months before they attack." Wendy said.

"I don't know. But we can't let them get to the camp. Edgar go and round up the lost boys. Tell them to prepare for a fight. Tell Ted and Oscar to come here now." I commanded.

"This still doesn't make any sense. Why would they come now. We have ages technically." Posa said.

"I don't know but we have to keep Raven as safe as possible." Hook replied.

"I know. The question is, will Raven agree to this and back out of fighting?" I said looking at Raven.

She looked up at us as if we had just crushed her dreams.

"I was hoping you wouldn't say that." She said grumpily.

"Please Raven. Wendy would be with you any way. It's not that bad." Posa said.

"Fine!"
