Juleka is Ladybug!?|| Akumatized Marinette

Chapter 5

I slipped in and out of the shadows, moving quickly, making it seem as if I was appearing from one shadow to the other. Though, it would be easier to keep stealth if I wasn't in a freaking red suit.

I eventually sneaked out of the school, only to jump out of the frying pan and into the fire. The fire being Hawk Moth himself.

And of course I'm in such hot water right now that it's literally boiling. (If you guys don't know the idiom 'in hot water', then this sentence probably isn't making any sense for you. )

'Well what do we have here. A pesky interfering little beetle.' He spat.

In my head I panicked, so I did what I had to do. 

'Lucky Charm!!!' 

I threw the yoyo up into the air without doing the ridiculous looking gymnast move Marinette does every time she does her special move. 

A picture of a woman dropped down. 

A woman with blond hair and green eyes that looked so much like Adrien's...

Hold on a second!! Adrien's mother!?

Wait... now that I think about it... that's it! I NEED to find Chat Noir.

As I attempt to swing off with my yoyo, Marionette blocks me. 

'Going somewhere?'

'Yes, and bye!' I swing off nevertheless, only to find a swarm of akumas and a horde of brainwashed students chasing me down. 

'Sh*t,' I curse. 

I run into our classroom that was now empty and slammed the door shut. 

I look out the window cautiously, until my--- I mean Marinette's earrings beeped. 

'I really am not having any luck today, am I?'

I mutter to myself as the transformation wore off, and out came an exhausted Tikki.

After a long silence, and me constantly peeping out the window to try to spot Chat Noir among the massive army of civilians that have now gathered outside the school, Tikki spoke up.

'Um, Juleka, I have to recharge my energy... do you have any sweets?'

'Oh, right! Uh, I don't have any cookies or pastries but can cake do? How about mint?'

'I'm not sure about mint but cake is fine. Was that supposed to be your lunch?'

'Yeah, even though Rose rarely speaks to me anymore, she still brings me a piece of cake for lunch everyday. She usually gives it to me in the morning, so it might be kinda squished since I put it in my bag.'

I explained as I hurriedly pulled out a pink lunch box (that Rose gave me, of course) and opened it for Tikki. As she munched away, I suddenly spotted Chat Noir. Not Adrien, but literally Chat Noir.  

And WOW, WHAT A CONVENIENT SPOT HE IS IN!! RIGHT BESIDE HAWK MOTH AND MARIONETTE. I BET THEY WON'T NOTICE A THING IF I JUST PULLED HIM AWAY!

'Great. Juust great.' I murmured with sarcasm.

'What is it?'

'I found Chat. I bet I could snap him out of it with this,' I showed her the photo.

'Great idea!'

'But the problem is, he's right beside hawky and puppet girl.'

'Have faith, Juleka. I know you can do this. You're Ladybug now!'

I took a deep breath. 'R-Right. I can do this.'

Wait, did I just stutter? Am I actually scared!? No way!

'Time to put my plan into action.'

'Tikki, spots on!!'
