I walked through the Emerald Forest, whistling a tune as I stared up at the night sky. With my left hand, I felt the new vertical scar that went down the right side of my face, even going through my eye. I stroked the mechanical, skeleton-like fingers of my right hand along the black belt around my waist, lined with different colored bullet shells as I continued to whistle. I noticed, the more I walked, and the more I whistled, several dark creatures began to close in on me. Grimm.

I stopped at a clearing, then turned to face two Ursa lunging at me. I quickly reached at my side, grabbing my sword and unsheathing it. In a second, I cut off one Ursa's arm, then followed up by cleaving its head from its shoulders. The second one swiped its large paw at me. I jumped back, grabbing one of the shells from my belt, an icy blue one. I popped open a secret compartment in my sheath, putting the shell inside, then closed the compartment. I then aimed my sheath at the Ursa and pulled the trigger on my sheath. A blast shot from my sheath and hit the Ursa dead on. The blast exploded, freezing the Ursa completely in ice. I then ran up and punched the frozen Grimm, shattering it. I then noticed three Beowolves behind me. I started folding and shifting the parts of the sheath, and it took on the appearance of a Machine Gun. I pulled a red shell from my belt and loaded it into my sheath, then held down the trigger. Rapid fiery blasts shot from the sheath gun, showering the Beowolves in a rain of death. As they fell, a rumbling caught my attention. I turned around to see a Death Stalker charging at me. I folded and compacted my sheath until it took on a different form, a second sword. I jumped out of the way as the Death Stalker aimed a stab at me with its tail. I then slashed at it with my swords. I pressed a black button on the sheath sword and an extremely long chain shot out of the hilt. I connected my swords to each end the chain and began to twirl the swords while holding onto the chain, landing a swipe at its left claw. The Death Stalker tried to crush me with its bulbous right claw, but I dodged, then threw my swords, which dug into the Death Stalker's tail. I then pulled hard on the chain, driving the tail down into the Death Stalker's head. It thrashed in pain for a moment as the tip of its tail pointed out of its jaw, then it settled down, dead. As I reclaimed my swords, I looked around. There weren't any more Grimm around to challenge me. I turned my sheath sword back into its sheath form and sheathed my first sword as the chain was slurped back into the sheath. I let out a deep sigh as, through a com-link in my cybernetic eyes, I was contacted by Professor Vincent P. Gaie.

"So...?" Vincent began, "How was your test run?"

"With these enhancements, I could've done this with no eyes." I smirked, looking at my weapon.

"Well, be careful." Vincent argued, "It's only been 10 days since your battle with team RWBY. Your wounds have mostly healed, but I'd still recommend taking it easy for a bit."

"Heh, you sound like Aria." I began, "Anyway, I gotta hand it to you, Vincent, when you said you could improve my weapon, you were being modest. Crimson Edge is better than ever, thanks to you."

"Oh, please," Vincent replied, "You're giving me too much credit. Remember, it was your friends, Aria and Oliver, who came up with the designs for Crimson Edge's enhancements. And, I must admit, I couldn't have come up with better myself. The main problem with allowing your sheath to transform into several different firearms was finding a suitable type of ammunition that could adapt to whatever form the sheath is in. Yet Aria was able to come up with the MPDR: Multi-Purpose Dust Rounds. When loaded into your sheath, they change their shape, form, and quantity to match whatever type of firearm your sheath is. Ingenious!"

"Yeah," I agreed, "She's definitely smarter than she lets on."

"And the idea to change the sheath into a second sword was brilliant enough as is," Vincent continued, "But, in adding the chain to link the swords, the weapon also allows you to fight with Mid-ranged combat as well as close and long-ranged. Now Crimson Edge is a weapon that can only be used to its fullest by someone talented in wielding many different weapons, such as yourself."

"Yeah." I agreed, "I think I'll name the sheath too, since now its a separate weapon too."

"Really?" Vincent asked, "What did you have in mind?"

"Final Sight." I answered, walking back to Beacon.
