Eren's P.O.V
I wake up and the only thing I feel is pain... Pain everywhere.
My knuckles hurt from banging on the head board, my neck hurts from screaming and Levi's 'love' bites, my wrists hurt from the friction of the hand cuffs (which are still on my wrists), chest from Levi pinching my nipples, hips from Levi grinding so hard, legs from Levi forcefully pushing them up, entrance from Levi thrusting hard and fast, dick from him pumping repeatedly and harshly. Everything hurts. I shifted uncomfortably below Levi's head.
"Hmm..." He says beginning to stir, I stop moving and he seems to go back go sleep. At least I thought he was asleep until...
"Why did you try and leave me?" His voice was calm with a twist of suspicion, I swallow before replying
"I wasn't... I just... need to go to the bathroom..." I say as I lie through my teeth, but as per usual he doesn't believe me.
"Really? If you needed to go to the toilet you would have woken me up to unchain you... But you didn't and you're constant pulling on the cuffs damaged my head board... You've been a naughty boy Eren... And naughty boys need to be punished," He raises a needle and before I have time to react he plunges the needle into my arm, I become light headed and dizzy as I fall asleep.
