Rule 1
Owner of the joint also owns the roach! The owner can pass own-age of said roach at their digression on to the next person.
Rule 2
We all know how it works, puff puff and pass. Not to be confused with puff puff, talk talk, puff puff and pass.
Rule 3
If the police are not messing with you, Do Not go and mess with them!
Rule 4
If you slobber on the joint , you may be skipped on your next turn.
Rule 5
If you cough and then puke, you are out of the rotation, unless of course Rule 1 comes into play.
