Day broke upon the stormy sky... sun unnoticcable through the dark clouds covering the once bright blue. The rain fall was like needles, so fast as to where they could pierce the skin. Puddles on the ground themselves shook with pattern as the sky flooded the ground. Heroes floated across the ground in their final beds... preparing to rest for all of eternity 6 feet under. Dirt, Grime, and water all lay waste upon that casket, on which flowers and old keepsakes were placed. The rain ceased as the burial reached completion...

Chapter 1: Pod Chase

"Fighter Jet line 1! Fighter Jet line 1! Can you hear me!? Can you hear me!?"

"Fighter Jet line 1 down... This is Fighter jet line 2! Come in captain! Captain!?"

"Alright, soldier I hear you loud and clear. Leave him behind we have work to do!"

"But, he's my bro-

"I don't care! We attack full force and we only have a limited time to get this done, now get back on focus and do the job I told you too!"

"F-fine... cap'n..."

In the cockpit, Steve (Fighter Jet #2 Pilot) angrily plotted to get revenge on the devious captain for making him leave his brother behind to die on the poor soils of england. "I seek revenge... I plan revenge... I am revenge!" He wailed at the glass, causing it to crack.

Light cracked the sky at full force as the Jet turned around and blasted out of the area, leaving a long trail of black smoke and mist in the distance. The captain, Sargent Tanner Lion, couldn't help but notice all the smoke looking forward from his almighty airship. "Sieze my pod" said the Sargent, putting on his armor made of pure steel.

An assistant stand-by soldier retrieved him his pod, and he quickly hopped in and flew off to stop his traitorous minion. The rain strengthened as the chase prevailed, pod catching up to the fighter jet at a rapid pace.

"He's got me... I gotta stop him!" Steve wailed at the glass, causing the crack to increase in size.

"Hehehehe! Escape me will you!?" Sarge yelled launching air missles out of his tiny pod.

"No!" He replied. "I refuse to go down!" Steve urged at the handle until his jet went down and did a full 360, which led him up just behind the Sarge's little pod.

"Mine." Steve said with a grin, hitting the nitrous booster button on his jet bracing for the ultimate impact.

Noticing the speeding Jet, the Sarge turned his pod completely around after slamming the brakes, and started firing bullets at Steve. "You can't break through! Once the nitrous is charged you are so dead!" he hollered in response to Tanner's idiotic action.

"Are you sure?" Tanner laughed changing the aim of the bullets to Steve's window.

"Not fair! Not fair!" He cried, slamming the nitrous button over and over until finally it was charged up completely.

"DIE!" Sarge yelled turning the turrets on full speed, but it was too late. the jet's Nitrous were ready to go, and sure enough, Steve slammed the button and guarded his face for he knew that it would not be a pretty sight to see. If he would have opened his eyes...

Chapter 2: Safe keepings

With an air full of smoke and dust, the two ships were now out of sight, for the collision had sent pieces everywhere the eye could see. Dust and ash remain on the ground where 2 gloreous men once fought... bodies no where to be found. The war stopped at an instant to see such a devistating drop of fighters. The Sargent... was no more.

Steve, he was gone. No where to be found, most likely wound up being blown into ashes and scattered throughout the remains of the rubble.

When word reached the families, they all went into a disasterous state where none of them were ever the same... some commited suicide, others got sick or just gave up on everything... it was a really bad time for everyone.

Sargent's body was placed in a casket, and carried across the cold rigid ground by the hands of 6 of his soldiers who could not help but bare the tears of their lost hero, who was to be put into the ground, 6 foot down. Tears running down their face the soldiers met up with the family and they all just let out the tears and the pain they had been feeling for years in a large blast of sadness. The guns were fired for the lost Sargent... who never got to return home because of one soldier... Steve.

"I would like to say a few words concerning our Sargent." His son, Todd said. Todd was a soldier under his father, who was the middle left one carrying the casket over. Casket now on the ground, todd trying so hard not to lose it began a very heroic speech:

"Friends... Family... all who gather before me today... Please, look at the casket, of which lies a true hero. A hero of which we all will miss dearly... A hero... who was my father, and like a father to all the soldiers who had to bare the wounds and torture of war! A man who deserves a proper buriel, and a man... who will miss you all as well. My father once told me that I was to succeed him if he had fallen, but now I realize that I can not do that myself. I want you to do it, Tyler." Pointing at his little 16 year old brother Tyler, he concluded his speech. "I can not bare the fact that my father is gone and that I am without him... thus being... I must go..." he concluded, pulling out a pistol from his pocket and blowing his temple full of lead.

"Brother... brother no..." Tears in his eyes, Tyler fell to his knees shaking his brother's now fallen corpse, who lye dead on the ground gushing blood from the ears. "He's gone... he really did it... I can't believe that idiot did that... Why Todd!? WHY!?" Tyler screamed at the corpse trying to figure out how to give him life again.

"He's gone, Tyler. You're wasting your time." A mysterious voice said from behind. "Who... who are you?" Tyler said walking backwards, over toward the pond. "Me? I'm the cause of all of this... this is all my fault... I'm sorry..." the voice said obviously crying. "How is it your fault... my father was in a air ship collision with a man in a Fighter jet, and both are dead!" he yelled at the man, falling to his hands and knees once more.

Turning around showing the scars on his body to the boy, he yelled "You fool!" as Tyler backed up really fast towards the crowd. "I am Steve. I was the one driving that Jet... your father went against my will when my brother died. He went down and Sarge said I couldn't go back to him... i wasn't allowed to see him... at least you got to see your family when they died! I have no idea where my brother could ever be, I never even got to give him a proper burial! He's probably lyeing dead near a pile of rubbish!" Steve exclaimed crying himself now.
