The Story behind the Blade

        This Story of a young girl's journey, starts off in the Kingdom of Koirala. Where the Kingdom was preparing for the 5,000th anniversary of the Dragon Spirit's death and the 15th birthday of the young princess Oridina.

Every tribe throughout the Koirala Kingdom was invited to the wonderest occasion.

{ Oridina's POV }
As soon as I woke up, I quickly got ready and dressed in my new birthday kimono. I ran outside to my balcony and looked over the Koirala Kingdom... it was extremely breath taking, you could see all the citizens preparing for the celebration. Before I knew it is was blushing a bit. My mother Empress Kouki, a very admired  and respected woman throughout the Koirala Kingdom, walked in to check on me, to see if I was awake.

"Good morning Birthday girl" my mother said with a smile.

"Morning mom" I smiled back at her.

"It's a big day today, you ready?" Mother asked.

"Yup!" I responded. Me and my mother left my chambers and walked to the throne room, where most of the preparations were being decided.

"

Good morning father" I said as mother and I walked into the throne room.

"Happy Birthday dear daughter" Father said.

I thanked him and walked over to give him a hug. Ryuu stood by the wall, Ryuu was my childhood, he was a brown hair man, with a large structure. Ryuu was my loyal bodyguard, that father assigned, to protect me.

{Narrator's POV }

Ryuu smiled at the family as Oridina smiled and walked over to him. She caught Ryuu's eyes as his arms were crossed.

"Good morning, Princess" Ryuu bowed.

"Morning Ryuu, you know what day it is?" Oridina asked.

"Nope, I didn't know anything special, was happening today" Ryuu sarcastically joked with her.

"It's my birthday!" Oridina yelled.

"Excatly nothing special" He chuckled.

"Your so annoying Ryuu!" Oridina yelled and started throwing stuff at him. Ryuu was more skilled then the princess, he caught everything she threw.

A messager intrupted the royal family, announcing that lord Masaru arrived to the Kingdom.

"Come Oridina, we must welcome lord Masaru" Empress Kouki said walking with Emperor Hiroto.

"Yes mother" Oridina walked behind them. As Ryuu followed 10 steps behind them.

The Royal family finally reached the lord Masaru's chambers. They said hello to eachother and exchanged some information, about some of tribes needs in the kingdom.

The messager intrupted again, with a message for the Emperor, saying that he was needed for more preparations. The Emperor and Empress left to finish preparing for the celebration. Leaving Oridina and Ryuu with Masaru.

They all knew eachother very well, since they were childhood friends. Masaru was Lord of the fire tribe, while Ryuu was Lord of the air tribe and Oridina Princess of the Kingdom. They never let their responsibilities get in the way of their friendship.
