Mark's POV

–------------------------------

I'm gently rubbing Jack's back, in an attempt to calm him down, so he can explain to us what had happened.

Amanda feels for a pulse on Andrya's wrist, since for some odd reason the heart rate monitor isn't turned on. She finds a pulse, but its a weak one.

What seems to be only seconds later, Amanda doesn't feel one anymore. We call a nurse/doctor down to help. She hooks up a defibrillator to her and shocks her. Over and over. Then, her soft, gentle pulse comes back and they turn on the monitor.

Jack was in a full panic mode at this point. He just doesn't really know what to do, and I couldn't blame him.

D- What's her full name?

Mark- Andrya Scout Skyes-McLoughlin.

D- Any medical past?

Mark- Not that I know of.

D- Okay, I'll be right back.

The doctor leaves the room, Jack looks up at me with a mortified facial expression, and with tears streaming down his face.

"I'm sorry that this happened to you Jack, I'm so sorry..." I said gently.

Jack nods in acknowledgement and hides his face again. I feel like he's a completely different person when something like this happens. I hope that she doesn't die on us.

The doctor walks back in. She runs a few tests and then scribbles down some notes. She leaves soon afterwards.

Matt offers to buy food for us, all of us get something except for Jack, I think he's too stressed to eat, the same thing happens to Andrya. I feel really bad for him, only if there was something that I could do for him, but I don't think I can.

//-time skip a few hours-//

Matt and Amanda leave eventually but I decided to stay. Jack fell asleep holding Andrya's hand. I fell asleep in a chair near Jack. I hope she makes it.
