She shakes her leg as she anxiously waits for her mom's life lunch break so she could finally text her internet best friend; Adelaine. Today was take your child to work day, Xianna was only able to make it into the airport where her mom works because her mom is a very hard worker and is loved in there.
Xianna looked at the clock one more time " 10 seconds" she whispered to herself. Xianna rises from the chair she was sitting in and went to the room her mom ate lunch in nearly everyday. She pulled out the sack where lunch was in.
Xianna ate her Nutella sandwich while her mom had salad. Racing through Xianna's thoughts was only how Adele was coming for an award show where she lives. She was devastated knowing that she would not be able to meet Adele nor go to the show.
15 minutes were left until Xianna's mom had to work again and she was without service and without wifi. Xianna slipped her phone out of her pocket, she immediately went to Instagram and texted Adelaine.
Xi- ' hey, how's the day off of school going?'
Ad- ' it's good yet boring as hell. How's take your child to work day?'
Xi- ' total bull shit, I leave at 8:45 pm and it takes a while to get back home, I have to finish my project.'
Ad- 'holy shit Xi, bless you I have to finish my homework. Well bye, text you whenever.'
Xi- ' alright :(:'

Xianna sat in her chair slumped and mopey-like.
" Xianna, what's wrong?"
" nothing." Her mom gave a big huff and went to go attend a client.
Xianna looked her photo album, bunched with Adele photographs, she looked at the one she screenshot on the news.
~~Adele comes to Florida for an award show, 9 nominations. Winner or get beat. We'll have to see!~~
" what if Adele does come to this airport, I could meet her!" Xianna mumbled to herself.
" no, no she won't. Stop having out of this world dreams, you insane fuck."
She started to cry slightly, to stop she went over to the testers and put on mascara. Here we go!
Her mom came back and whispered into her ear " here, go somewhere in front of the store and buy yourself something to eat."
" ok." She grabbed the $20 dollars she was given and walked out the store. Airport was quite chilly, Xianna repositioned her jacket to keep warm. She went to make the line for subway.
Xianna started hearing loads on camera's flashing, lights, and yelling. "Could it?" She turned her head and ran, ran faster than she could breathe.
It was a crowd full of paps. Adele was in the middle.
" could I get a picture?!" Xianna shouted over the crowd. Adele then shouted for the paps to stop, Peter and all her body guards pushed them out the way. Adele walked by Xianna and she managed to touch her hand. With Adele's majestic self, she twirled around and told Xianna " you wanted a picture didn't you?"
Xianna nodded and then thought Wait, the award show is next week. She shook her head and still nodded.
" here you go!" I gave Adele my phone and we took an 'adelfie'
" wanna s-stay in the break room where my mom works?"
" of course baby!" She said with her seductive accent.
Thank you god. I smiled and smiled.
