Our Dreams

The days are no longer

dark or light.

And no longer does anyone dream at night. For how can you dream with any hope? No glittering stars to light up the deep midnight scope.

Our dreams found others better to inspire. Things with sparkling souls and eyes of willfull fire.

There was only so much time to which we could clutch before we fell victim to Death's warm, gentle touch.

He took us swiftly out of sorrow black one by one, lifted from the shadows of a dreamless existance we were done.

With our departure we felt joy, an infinate bliss.

For what life has value without a dream's eloquent kiss?
