My POV.
I miss Hunter sooo much! I haven't seen him in a couple days since he went on tour and everything. I wanted to go with him and he wanted me to go also but my parents wanted me to stay and help out with our house since we just moved here and everything. He's supposed to be coming home today and I'm so excited. It's 1:00am here in Arizona which means it's 4:00am in Rhode Island. I doubt he's awake. I'm probably going to text him a goodnight text and then go to sleep.
*Texts*
Me: Goodnight love❤️ I can't wait to see you today! I love you❤️
I put my phone down and go to sleep.
*Skip till 5:00am*
I wake up to someone shaking me. "Whatttt?" I say annoyed and half asleep. "You need to get up." I hear my mom say. "Why? It's 5:00am. Wait what?!? 5:00am why'd you wake me up at 5:00am?" I say. "Because you're going somewhere. Well we're all going somewhere..." My mom says. "Where are we going? And why are we going somewhere at 5:00am?" I ask. "We're going somewhere. It's a surprise. Just know we're leaving Arizona for a couple days." She says. "But we just got here." I say annoyed. "Just get ready missy. We have to leave here by 5:30am." She says. "What?!? How do you expect me to get ready in 30 minutes?!?" I ask. "I've already packed you clothes. And Brooke you really don't need to do anything else. It's going to take you 15 minutes at the most to take your shower, get dressed, and do your makeup." She says. "True. I don't really take that long at all." I say and laugh a little. "No you don't. Now go take a shower." She says. "Alright alright." I say and get up. I take my shower and start looking for clothes. I put on a gray and white long sleeve shirt that says 'Pink' on the arms with gray leggings and white vans. I put my hair in a French braid. I just put on a mascara and eyeliner. I grab my white beats and my phone. I look down at my case and smile. That's the case Hunter gave me before he left for tour. I know I know it's cheesy but I just love him so much. I put my new popsocket on my case that Julia gave me before I left. She surprised me with it. It's one of my favorite pictures of Hunter. I wish I could see her right now. I look at the time and see that it's 5:20am. I grab my bag and start going downstairs. "I'm ready." I say. "Okay. We're all ready too, so let's just get going. We can get Starbucks." My dad says. "Yay!" My little sister Paige says. We all go out to the car and start driving. I turn on my beats and play my Spotify playlist named "lloovvee". The first song that comes on is "I get to love you." By Ruelle. I instantly think of Hunter. I miss him so much. I don't get why my mom and dad are bringing my sister and I somewhere the day Hunter is supposed to be coming home.
*skip car ride*
We get to the airport and go straight to Starbucks. I order a Venti Vanilla Bean Frappé. We hear the people come over the intercom and they call our flight. We board the plane and find our seats. I put my beats back on and start playing "lloovvee." Again. The song "Skinny Love" by Birdy comes on. I close my eyes and start to fall asleep.
*skip plane ride*
I wake up and realize that we just landed. My family and I grab our things and start to get off the plane. Once we get off I walk to Starbucks because you know it's Starbucks. I look at the clock in Starbucks and see that it's 11:30am. I look at my phone and see that it's 8:30am. So I'm in a different time zone now. While I'm waiting for my Starbucks I go on Instagram and post a picture saying "I just landed, I'm at Starbucks, and that I have no clue which state I'm in since my parents won't tell me." I get my Starbucks and walk over to a table. I see that Hunter posts picture after me. It's a picture of him and I and it says "I can't wait till I get to see her today.😌 I miss her so much😔❤️." iPods another picture and it's of him and I. I caption it "There's a problem. We don't get to see each other today. My parents flew us all out to a state. They won't tell me where though. I miss you😔❤️." And I tag him in it. Then he posts a picture. The picture looks a lot like where I'm at right now. It is a picture of me. He captions it "Are you sure about that? Turn around. But first put your Starbucks down." I set my Starbucks down and turn around...
