2_Introduction

In this house, everthing was visible. I could see other people, and all those things. I was staring at everything. Then a door opened and i went into a little room. There were a bed, and a small window. There was, too, a chair. On it there were some of those shiny clothes, folded in a little bundle.

"Those are your clothes. It will make it easier for others to see you."

She closed the door and i heard a click. I think she locked it. I really wanted to go out and see everything, but i couldn't. I took on the clothes and sat down. I stared at all the things but... all those things i knew. I have often lied in the bed or sat down in a chair all day, and i have been sitting by the window and let my fingers glide over it. I had quite a good image of them. I wanted to see something new, something i had only heard of...

I sat down in the bed. It was soft and i lied down. Then a white transparent thing drew over me. I held still, wondering what was happening. Then everything flashed and went black. I blinked a few times, and then looked around. I were not lying down anymore. I was standing in a room. The walls were white. Not the sparkly white at the house, just a plain white. I looked around, but noticed my arm. It was... i think it's called 'colored'. I looked closely at it. This was even weirder than seeing the house. It was all...

"the color is called Light brown, but many say 'skin color'"

I looked at a man. He was also colored.

"I believe you are confused. They all are when they enter the Intro."

"The intro?" I asked.

"Where you are right now. You will be prepared to enter Delusia."

I opened my mouth to ask, but the wall opened and the man walked in. I followed him.

"First you need to learn the colors. You already know black, white and gray. Look at this paper."

He brought out a flat thin thing. I almost got dazzled of staring at it.

"The three ones at the top are Blue, Red and Yellow."

The three words ran through my head. Blue, red, yellow...

"Down below is, in order, Green, Purple and Orange."

I stared at the dots in the different colors. It was so weird, but right now I wanted to see more. There was no way I were going back to the darkness.

"And at the bottom, Pink, Brown, and Turqoise."

I took a last glance at the colors before he removed them.

"Now, you will see these colors alot when you enter Delusia. It is about surviving. You will feel cold and warmth. You will see day and night. This is first stage of Delusia, so you will not worry about dying."

"Can i die?" I exclaimed.

"Yes, but then you will just wake up. That means you will be out of this session. Now, you will be able to feel hunger, just like the normal humans do. And thirst. So you need to find food and water, and eventually shelter. This is not that hard. Usually you will die if you don't eat and drink in three days, but this is the easiest stage, so you have 10 days. In stage two, you will have three days."

After that, we went into another room. The man tapped a screen, and it showed a picture of some round... purple things.

"These are berries. In this stage you can eat all of them, none are poisoned."

Then a picture of a thing, it was no human but no item either. It had long ears and a little face.

"This is a rabbit. You can catch it and kill it, it's edible."

He showed me some other things, and listed them all as 'animals'. Then something blue and transparent appeared.

"This is water. It is important for survival. You can drink it and find it in streams or lakes."

When he were done with showing me all the things, he turned off the screen. Then another room appeared.

"Go through that door." He said. I looked at a door. I opened it and stepped in.

Then everything flashed, and I closed my eyes.

When i opened them, I were lying down. A white transparent thing moved away over me. I sat up. It was the little room. Now everything was black and white again.

The door unlocked and someone came in.

"Dinner time." he said.

I followed him through some halls and entered a huge room. More people were sitting by tables in there. They were younger and much, much brighter than the people i had seen so far. The ceiling was round and there were a long distance from it to the floor. And in the middle of the room were a round table filled with plates of food. I went in, picked up a plate and started collecting food. Then i looked around for a place to sit. I didn't know any of these people, so i sat by an empty table. A boy came over and sat by my table.

"You are new, right?"

"Yes." I said quietly.

"I can always recognize a new person. They always sit by themselves. Anyway, i'm Ryan. I'm... broken, like you."

I lifted an eyebrow. "is everyone in here broken?"

"Yes. So, have you completed the Intro?"

I nodded.

"Then you are soon entering Delusia."

"I don't get it, what is Delusia?"

"It's like a simulation program, your mind will be transported into a... fake world. The purpose is to teach you the basics of the world. Anyway, you are going to want to team up with someone when you enter stage 1. Everyone there will be as confused as you. Then you should find water, and make camp there."

Ryan continued with telling me about Delusia, and the time went by.

When I returned to my room, I was a bit scared of Delusia. What if I died? What if i got hurt? I had never felt pain before. I realised I hadn't actually felt anxiety like this before. It was strange, but not nice. Not nice at all.

"Get ready to enter delusia." I gasped and looked around. I was alone. Then i noticed a little round thing on the wall. I stared at it, then it started vibrating. "Get into bed now." Yes, that was where the sound came from. I got to bed, and blacked out.
