"Daaaaad....?" I said.
I walked out of the recording room to go downstairs. I heard dad - I mean, Jack - arguing on the phone. Who was he arguing with? I slowly walked down and hid so he wouldn't see me.
"Then who does she really live with?! - Me or you?! - You don't know?" Jack yelled.
I knew who he was arguing with, his name is Mark. Mark, or Markimommy as I prefer to call him, was the one whom took me home after Jack found me lost at a gaming convention. Living in Ireland with Jack, you get fun time in the rain. Though, Mark lives in Los Angeles, and I miss him a lot. Jack yelled louder.
"Jack! Stop arguing with mar- mom," I screeched "I can hear you from the recording room!"
"You still haven't gotten the jist of it, haven't you, Taylor." Jack sighed.
I slowly nodded, "I mean, calling a twenty-seven year old man 'mommy' is kinda weird. Now can you go record that game, I want to watch you play it!"
Jack nodded with a yes. We both walked upstairs to his recording room. I sat down on the carpet, avoiding getting into his recording. He sat down on his comfy, green and black chair. He turned on his camera and opened up a game. He then clicked record.
"One, two, three," he clapped as he took a deep breath, "WHPSH! Top of the morning to ya laddies!! My name's Jacksepticeye and welcome back to Clustertruck!"
I smiled as I watched him play the game. It made me think for a moment. I'm living with my favorite YouTuber and by his side was another one of my favorites. You are living with YOUR inspiration and he treats you like family. I broke my chain of thought from hearing one of Jack's vulgar language. That's Jack for ya! I silently stood up and opened the door slowly, walking out of the room without a sound. I walked downstairs and saw Signe, Jack's girlfriend, drawing on a piece of paper. Her drawing skills are phenomenal. Her art is even better than mine. She looked up at me and smiled. I saluted and winked at her.
"Watcha drawing?" I said.
She giggled, "Jack."
"Interesting," I looked at the drawing "It's great!"
"Thank you."
My phone started ringing, I reached in into my pocket and checked who it was. Mark was calling. My heart felt cold. I walked to the bathroom and answered my phone.
"Hello Mark.." I smiled.
"Taylor, Amy and I really want to see you again, so I got you tickets to visit LA. Please go tell Jack."
"But he's recording." I said in a somber tone.
"Please tell him."
"Okay, I will. So, uh, bye."
"Bye."
I hung up and walked out of the bathroom. I slowly walked upstairs to the recording room. I opened the door quietly and saw he was still recording. I awkwardly walked toward him because I didn't want to interrupt his video. I tapped his shoulder and he turned around.
"Sorry to interrupt but I need you.." I said softly."It's okay. What do you need?" Jack replied.
"Mark got me tickets to LA, so I guess I have to go to the airport later."
"Today?"
"Eh, I don't think so. I just wanted to let you know."
"Thanks for telling me, now I gotta get back to my game." He giggled softly and turned around to his PC.
The next day, I woke up from Jack talking in his sleep. He said some.. Demonic-like things. I didn't worry about it much. I shook him and he woke up. He looked at me with his tired blue eyes. I looked at his hair. Man, it looks like a forest of greens. I checked my phone and it seemed like I got a text from Mark. He said that I should head over to the airport at 10 AM, which is 2 AM Ireland time. I put my phone down and walked downstairs. Signe was sleeping on the couch. On the arm of the couch was her drawing pad. She drew Jack and I. I walked to the kitchen and saw some red droplets on the counter. I thought it was ketchup. But then I sniffed it. It was the smell of blood. I blinked slowly. Blood? Who's blood is this? I questioned. I ran upstairs as quickly as I can and ran into Jack's room. His bed was empty. I sprinted to the recording room and I saw Jack standing by his computer. He was facing the opposite side of me so I couldn't see his face. Jack was breathing heavily and I saw his hand turn into a fist. I put on a straight yet concerned face. He clenched his fist real hard. He then ran his fingers through his hair and tugged with much force.
I inhaled quietly and said, "Jack?"
He then turned around and pinned me to the wall. In a panic, I tried to push him. Then I looked straight into his haunting gaze. My eyes widened at what I saw. His iris and his sclera were completely black. Blood covered his throat. This wasn't.. Jack. It felt like he was just gone.
"Jack.. Is it Halloween again? You tried to surprise your subscribers and acted like Antisepticeye during October and slit your throat with fake blood."
"Ḩ̰̀̅i̘̰̎̏s̰̈͆͜ ͇̭̄͝b̧̮̎̎ŏ̺̗͝d͙̣̿̈́y̲̱̓̈́ ̪̦͛̅w̛͔̲̄a̧͎̎͛s̯͊̔ͅ ̝̮̀͆ẘ̠̼̈ě̛̬̻a̮̤̎͠k̟̩͂̌!̬͚͊̐" yelled Jack in a demonic-glitch like voice.
I jumped, "Oh my god!"
He backed away and shook his head. He let out a bone chilling scream.
"Jack!" I yelled in worriment.
Jack clenched his eyes and they were back to normal. I stood silently by the corner of the wall. Jack stared at me with shock.
