LUHAN

          It's prom night. It has been going on since 8pm it's already 11:10 pm. I was just drinking some juice until a girl came. She was wearing a large pink dress. It wasn't as girly as you'd think but it was beautiful. She was beautiful as well. She came down the stairs while wearing a mask. She wasn't talking to anyone so I approached her. I stood beside her and said "I'm Luhan" while sticking my hand out for her to shake. She stared at it then said "You're Luhan? the Luhan that save 12 kids at once from a fire?" I nodded my head then asked "Can I know something about you?" she sighed and said "I don't think you would be interested" I shook my head and said "fine, if you're not comfortable with telling me about you then can I at least know your name?". She was about to say her name until the DJ interrupted her and announced "Hey! Hey! everybody! We're about to go slow with songs so grab a partner and start dancing". It started playing slow songs. She suddenly got quiet so I said "Oh wow I love this song!". I tried to cheer up the mood. I took out my hand and asked "Would you please be my partner?" she stared at me in shock then said "O-okay" she took my hand and I dragged her to the dance floor. Every one was staring at us probably wondering who this beautiful girl is and why I'm dancing with her. She looked at me quite nervously and said "they're all looking at you". I smirked and said "believe me, they're all looking at you". The music started getting happier and everyone joined in. She finally started smiling. I brought her to the garden behind the school. We sat down on a bench. Her purse was colored dark pink. She put it on the bench and sat down beside me. It was peaceful there but you could easily hear the crickets there. She looked at me and said "Thank you" I looked at her confused and asked "For what?" she smiled and said "It's the first time in my entire life that I actually had fun" I then asked "what do you mean?" she was about to say why but the clock started ringing. It was finally 12:00 am. She stood up and said "I'm sorry I have to go" she ran and I tried to follow her but when she took a turn, I lost her. I sighed in defeat and sat back down at the bench where she left me. She left her purse. I held it and felt only something square and hard. That was all that was inside. I opened her purse and there was only a diary in it. 'Maybe she wrote her name in it and I can find her again' I thought. I opened it and searched for a name , instead, I saw something else. I read what was written in Oct.31.2016 that was only a few days ago and it said: 

Dear diary,

        I saw him again today. This time he looked straight into my eyes and smiled at me. I was shocked because I'm pretty sure he knew what a big loser I was. I was extremely happy to know someone knew I exsisted.

Wow, she's so hard on herself. I wonder who she and this guy is? I thought. I continued reading. 

Okay diary, to be honest, you're my only friend. In a few days, I'm going to prom without my parents knowing. I'm only going to stay there until 12:00 pm because my parent would be coming back home then. They only want me to focus on studying which I'm already good at. They never rewarded me, so on prom night, I will reward myself. I will give myself a full on makeover so when I come back to school, they won't know me.
