Every morning was pretty much the same wake up get dressed go to school. But I remembered that today I promised Olivia to go shopping with her for Sams party. Walking this early was so tiring I decided to go to dunkin donuts today to get some coffee before school because it was on my way to school anyway. After getting my coffee I realized that I was gonna be late so I rushed to school but no use the bell had already rung and my first class was on the fifth floor joy oh joy. I opened the door to the classroom everyone stared at me like I just killed two people. " Why are you late " my math teacher asked " I umm" I went blank "Well you get detention,you teens need to learn to face the consequences of your actions, sit down" he said as some girls started snickering. I sat in my seat searching for Olivia with my eyes who was already looking for me. She was seating next to Sam I don't really know her well but she seems nice and she's coming shopping with us later. I gave them a she's crazy look. And they smiled. We sat together in lunch later me Olivia and Sam and I was right she's a really sweet girl. " So Belle you're coming to my party too right?" Sam asked " Um I guess" " No you have to, do you have anything to wear?" " Not really I have to look for something today" I said " We'll find you a great dress" Sam sad smiling.
I noticed the kid from Englsih Harry sitting with some "popular kids" . Some blond barbie like looking girl seating next to him staring at him as he was talking to his friend Niall I think Courtney seating next to Niall. "Belle are you listening?" Olivia said as i realized I was looking at them for too long " Yea I'm listening" I said. " Who's going to be there" I asked Sam " Practically everyone from school, and few of my other friends" she said. The bell rang and we had to go to class and my next class was English. I walked up to the fourth floor seating in my seat at the end so did everyone else. As the teacher started reading again Harry was talking to his friend but he wasn't trying to be quiet in fact he was so loud I couldn't hear the teacher reading. Some boy in the front seat turned to Harry and said " Can you be quiet some of us are actually are trying to learn here" Harrys face turned serious " And who are you to tell me what to do you nerd" He said " That's enough Syles he's right you're disrupting the class you have detention today after class" Mr. A said. I guess I'll be seeing him in detention today this day just keeps getting better and better not.
When the bell rang I didn't bother to go to my locker because I had detention. So I walked straight into detention. And sat down at the end as always. Harry came in and seat down next to me " Fancy seeing you here new girl" he said " My name's not new girl"not looking at him " Than what is it" he asked"Why do you care?" he didnt answer maybe I was too harsh " it"s Belle" "Belle I taught you were a good girl, guess not, good girls are boring anyway" he said with a grin making his dimples evident on both sides one I've never seen on him before. " And now you're stuck in detention with me I wouldn't mind if we were alone here tho" I would I said disgusted in my mind but still left him with no reply. Just rolled my eyes at him " Feisty I like that " he said. He made me so mad agh. For the rest of detention he was quiet and just sat there thank god. He intimidates me i dont know why I'm not the weak type i know how to stand up to myself. Its just something about him.
When we were finely allowed to leave I went to get my stuff and leave. But apparently Harry did too. I wasn't going to wait for him finish this time so I opened my locker first and now he was the one waiting. Good because Sam and Olivia were already waiting for me to go to the mall. He just stood there looking at me while I was putting my books in the locker. Just when I dropped my notebook to the floor classic me just as I bent down to get it Harry already had it in his hand." Thank you" I said reaching out to get it from his hand but he didn't give it to me instead he put his hand higher with the same grin on his face so I couldn't reach it . Him abviously being taller than me. So I did the only thing I could jumped up to reach his hand. He slightly pushed me against the locker and put his hand around me his face a few inches away from mine. I looked to the left because I didn't want to be looking at his face angry or just couldnt look him in the eyes." Here you go love" he said handing me my notebook I took it from his hand forcefully put it in my backpack shut my locker closed and left without even looking at him. Feeling his eyes follow me out of the room.
Rushing home I quickly went straight to my room got changed from my uniform into jeans and a random shirt I grabbed the keys to my car went to the mall where Olivia and Sam were already waiting for me." Why are you late" Olivia asked " Detention" I said " Oh right, well lets get shopping". Without waisting more time we went to many shops we were both looking for dresses me and Olivia. Sam just decided to come just to look at stuff. We went to forever 21 and I found a dress that I really liked but might just be little short. The girls told me thats that its not but I don't know maybe it's just the fact that i don't go to many parties or I'm just self conscious. I went to try it on it was a little black dress (see what i did there) without even pulling up the zipper Sam an Olivia barged in . They gasped " Omg Belle you have to get it " Olivia said " You look amazing, every boy there is gonna be all over you" Sam said. " Just not Nick because he's mine" Olivia said laughing. Nick was from our school too Olivia's boyfriend. I've liked this boy before from California but we never dated. I've just never had a proper boyfriend Sam is single too who needs them anyway. I actually loved this dress it was tight at the top and loose at the bottom. I was defiantly getting this dress. After I payed for the dress we went to another shop to get a dress for Olivia she found a really pretty floral dress that looked good on her . She had dirty blond hair and baby blue eyes. Sam had light brown hair and dark blue eyes both of them were very pretty.
After we were done shopping we said our goodbyes and I went home. Where my mom had already made dinner. As I set the table we set down and started eating. " So how do you like school hun" she asked " Its fine, Hows work?" I asked " Its good I like this one better than my last one ,the bad thing is I have more night shifts than I did before you're going to be alone a lot is that alright?". "Yea mum its okay don't worry" she worked as an emergency vet she really loved her job. After we were done with dinner I went to my room. I checked my phone I had a text from Sam that said the party was on Friday at 6 . I texted her back .
It's raining outside it's so calming ever since I was little I absolutly loved the rain I dont even know why. I went and set near my window oh how I miss my dad. He was my bestfriend sounds so cliché right but he actually was my wall to lean on. I never felt as safe as I ever felt when I was with my dad. And I dont think I ever will. He died in a fire two years ago when his office burned down. No matter what anyone says everyone needs a dad no matter how old you get. I felt tears streaming down my face like the drops of rain on the window. Just realizing how different my life has become .
