Hey guys! It's been forever since I last updated:(
I kinda just wanted to tell you guys about my new(ish) school. So, I'm just gonna make a short list of some things I like about it. *insert Mario voice* Here we go!
1.) Teachers
Okay, some of the teachers here do get on my nerves, but come on. That always happens. Like my band instructor? Can't. Stand. Him. But, there are some really good teachers here. Take Mr. Thomas for example. Mr. Thomas is my math teacher and he's so awesome. I have a 99 in math. This has basically not happened since about second grade. So thanks Mr. Thomas. (He's such a good teacher y'all wow.)
2.) My Bus Driver
GUYS MY BUS DRIVER IS THE G R E A T E S T. His name is Mr. T and he's so fab. Since day one, he's always been so nice and cool and actually fun to talk to. I literally sit in the front and chill with him. It's lit. (He even plays the ukulele and likes twenty øne piløts, and he got his daughter tickets for Christmas which makes him 860 times cooler)
3.) The students
Okay so this is weird. At my old school, Norfork, everyone was kinda just friends with the same people all through school. Everyone hung out with the same people from the same groups. That's just the way it workes. But not here. A lot of the kids here don't really care what group you "fit in" with. If they like you, they like you. They hang out with you and talk to you. Everyone is so different and unique from one another. It's awesome.
4.) The size of the school
Alright guys. I came from a school with literally two hallways, a lobby, and a gym. All put into one. It was small. Not this one. The main building is divided up into the main office, five giant hallways, and the cafeteria. The cafeteria alone is like the size of two highschool gyms. So you can imagine the size of the rest of the school. I was getting lost for so long. As if this isn't enough, the school has an entire second building for the gym. Don't even get me started on that. Now, at first, all this scared me. I was terrified. I was scared to go to a big school. I was scared to start over and make new friends. I was scared of everything that comes with moving three hours away from the place you lived for 8 years. But now I love it. I love this big school. Yeah, sometimes it's overwhelming, but you grow to love it
5.) My friends
When I talk to my friends from Norfork, they always ask about my friends. They ask if I've made friends, who they are, and what they're like. So I thought I'd tell you a bit about a few of them.
Anna: Anna's like my best pal at this school. She's a huge nerd and I love her. We hang out a lot on the weekends and at school. ALSO she has super long hair that's like naturally straight ????
Kaden: OKAY SO KADEN IS SO GREAT Y'ALL. He's super nice and sweet to everyone. He's so funny and smol (and super gay) and I love him. Oh yeah and he's also proud a proud mother of Anna and I.
