Chapter One

Blue and white flooded my vision as I stared up at the sky with my legs ankle deep in a stream. My body was rested on the soft green grass next to my best friend Lily who was tying her golden locks into a messy pony tail her blue eyes shining in the sunlight. She waved her hands trying to cool herself off.

"Why is it so damn hot today? Wasn't it just like forty degrees the other day? Now its eighty! Why can't mother nature make up her damn mind?" She sighed frustrated and laid down next to me.

"You should be used to this already. We do live in Boston," I pointed out knowing that it was enough of an explanation. Boston's weather is bipolar. One moment its hot the other it snowing. Kind of a force but you get what I mean.

It was a Saturday morning and Lily and always went for a run in the woods then came and rested here. Suddenly Lily got up with a weird smile on her face.

"Lenaaaa," She dragged my name out as I sat up giving her a pointed look.

"Whaaaat?" I asked mimicking her standing up.

"I've got a great idea," She said excitement clear in her voice.

"Your ideas are never great. We always end up in trouble because of them," I said rolling my eyes and started to head back to the pack house.

"No but this ones an actual good one," She pleaded following having to run a little since I had a head start.

"Okay, whats your brilliant idea?"

"Well you know how Kyle and I have that whole prank thing going on? I still haven't gotten him back for the last time when he spilled his lunch all over me at school by 'accident'. Today would be a good day to get him back for that don't ya think?" She said a mischievous smile playing at her lips.

I smirked "What do you have in mind?" I asked excitement lacing into my voice.

Kyle was the Alpha's second son so he was not the next Alpha. Lilly and him had this whole "war" since the third grade when she pushed him into the pool which he afterwards cut part of her hair with a scissor off for it.

"Well instead of putting green dye in his shampoo and turning his hair green why don't we get that green slimy stuff that we saw at iparty and dump it over him?" I smiled wide.

"This is going to be so fun," I laugh as I start running toward the pack house.

-One Hour Later-

We were on the top floor-bucket in hand-which was ment only for the Alpha and his family so if we got caught by anybody we'd be in huge trouble. We stood in the corner waiting for him to come out of his room so we could spill it over him.

When we heard a door open Lilly and I got ready both of us holding the huge bucket. When he was about to turn the corner we both jumped out throwing it over his head laughing.

"What the fuck?!" a loud voice screamed.

Well that definitely is not Kyle. Both Lily and I looked up at the person who's blue eyes held anger in them. He had a powerful aura around him way more powerful than Kyle's.

"Shit," I heard Lily mutter as we stared at the guy our eyes wide in shock.

Two other pairs of feet pounded closer to us looking up I noticed the Alpha. Yep we are definitely in some deep shit.The green slime was tense as if fighting with his wolf not to come out. "What the hell happened here?" A deep authoritative voice said and I felt my knees weaken.
