Kanimas are characterised by class that recreate a venom which paralyzes their victims for hours, a double row of sharp fangs, and a tail. Kanimas heal quickly, even after taking multiple wounds to the chest.

Unless a Kanima can resolve what in it's past caused its mutation, it will eventually enter a cocooned stage and merge as a winged creature.
