Demi sighed as she sat at her desk. She was finally able to sit for a moment. She had been going all morning. He boss, Mr. Big time record Manager Joe Jonas had her busy. She worked for him for now for a year. She is his assistant. He's kind of a little up tight. He wasn't a bad boss. He was just very demanding at times. When he wanted something done he wanted it done right away. Her first week, she so thought that she was going to be fired. She messed up on a few things. She got the wrong coffee, then she forgot to send an important fax. But to her luck, the place the fax was going was broken. She was able to send it later & keep her Job. She over booked him, on his appointments. Demi shook her head as she remember that. She thought that he was really very handsome. She liked the sound of his voice. His voice sometime made her go weak in the knees. He had these brown eyes, that she sometime got lost in. She bit her lip as she remembered their first meeting. Joe's previous Assisant left, cause she was having a baby. Then she decided not to come back. So Joe was desperate, for an Assistant/Secretary.

Flashback 1 year ago

"Miss L...L" Joe said, as he talked into the phone. "I'm sorry, I forgot your name Miss." Demi took a deep breath in then she let it out. "Um, it's Miss Lovato." Demi said, with a sigh. "Right, Miss Lovato can you please come to my office." He said. "Yeah sure thing I will be there in just a moment. Oh, yeah please get me a cup of coffee. Black with two spoon fulls of sugar." He said. "Make it snappy I have lots to do today." Then he hung up the phone. Demi sighed again, as she looked at phone. "Wow, rude much." She said to herself. She got up & walked down to the breakroom & got him his coffee. She was walking back, she was about to knock on his when the door flung open. "MISS......" Joe yelled. Demi's eyes got big. "Oh great, you are here. I thought I was going to have send out a search party for you." Joe said, as he moved aside. She walked in, as he shut the door, he slammed the door. Demi winched, this was her second day here.

This was her first time to see him. She thought that he was hot, but he was some what moody. He always wore a slight frown. She heard, that he just got dumped by his girlfriend of like two years. She was a model, well that is what she was told. Demi, would never come out & ask him about it. This was their first official meeting. Yesterday, he was out sick, so she just answered that phone & took messages. Did, some filing, got to know some of her co-workers. She let out a quiet sigh as she set his coffee down on the table. "Oh, shoot." She said, as she turned around with the coffee. Just as Joe was coming up behind her. "OWWWW. Sh...." Joe said, as the cup of coffee ran down the front of his Blazier. Demi's mouth dropped, as her other hand went over her mouth. "Oh, my goodness. Mr Jonas, I'm so so so sorry. I..." Demi stammered. Joe closed his eyes as he took a deep breath in the he let it out. "Please Miss Lovato, just get me towel. " He said, as he turned around, walking to a little closet that was in his office. Demi nodded her head as she went out.

Demi came back in moments later. "Mr. J......" Demi stopped & swallowed as her cheek got red. Joe had no shirt on. Demi eyes when wide, then she looked down & smiled. She bit the side of her lip. Joe softly chuckled at her reaction. He was kind of use to woman doing that to him, as he worked out on the beach. Her hair had fallen in her face. What a shame he thought. He thought that she had a very pretty face. She wasn't like most of the woman that throw themselves at him. She was just beautiful without make up,though she had a bit one. She had eyeliner and a touch of lip gloss. She had this smile that would light up any dark room. Her freckles looked very becoming on her. He had seen her earlier interact with the other people that worked in the office. She would smile a each person that she would talk to. He like the sound of her voice, he thought that her voice sounded rather sexy. He also liked the sound of her laugh, he heard it briefly earlier that morning. She was in the same elevator as him. She was on the phone talking to someone. She kept saying that she loved who ever she was talking to. Then she told the person to hang up, then. They went back in forth for a moment. She called the other person baby. She laughed as she hung up the phone. He looked at her for moment then looked ahead. He shook his head. Whoa, he thought were did that come from, all those thoughts about her. Joe, looked at her. Demi's head was still down. He smiled as he put his shirt on.
