"They get rewarded for good behavior." Lauren shrugged. "You will too, one day."

"Seems like you're their Sugar Daddy." I laughed.

"Don't call me that." She groaned. "It's not like that, I take care of them."

I smirked and shrugged lightly. "Whatever you say, daddy." I said,  giving her a subtle wink.

"Go..go get dressed." She demanded storming off. "Daddy?  What the hell..." I heard her trailing off.

Well this is interesting.

Your Point of View

It was around noon when we left the house in Lauren's black and white Dodge Charger. Just like she said she would Lauren had taken me to the mall. It felt good to around other people but, I really wasn't free. Lauren was very close to me. People were starting to look at us like we were a couple or something.

"Can you let go of my hand?" I asked, sighing heavily while Lauren weaved us inbetween the other mall-goers.

"No, I can't do that." Lauren said.

I don't see why I couldn't just have gone with Ally and Normani. I think that would have been a lot more beneficial for me than being here with Lauren.

"I'm hungry." I whined. "Feed me."

"Feed yourself." Lauren said as she sat me down on one the benches next to the fountain in the middle of the mall. "You have arms and legs that God blessed you with."

I rolled my eyes, "If you didn't noticed. I don't have any money, Lauren."

She nodded, "Right. Sorry." She dug into her jacket pocket and pulled out her wallet. She opened it up and took a quick glance and closed it back up. "Come on." She extended her hand out to me.

I was hesitant to take it.

For the first time she genuinely smiled and giggled. "Come on, it's just a hand. I'm not gonna hurt you."

"How do I know that?" I asked as she stood up in front of me.

She shrugged her shoulders. "I guess you're just gonna have to trust me." I took her hand and she led me to the food court area. "Just pick a spot and I'll get you something."

"Okay." I nodded. I scanned around the area looking for a table to sit down at. I found one near a window and immediately walked over to it and took a seat. Lauren was standing in a line about twenty feet away from where I was sitting but I couldn't really see which food line she was in. At this point, I didn't care. All I knew was, that I was extremely hungry.

I sighed heavily looking out of the window as I watched families and friends coming in and out of the mall. I missed my friends. It never dawned on me why no one had noticed why I was gone. Do they even care?

Obviously not if I've been gone for over a week.

I really could just get up and leave.

"You alright?" A voice asked.

I looked up to see Lauren holding a tray filled with pizza, chinese food, wings along with two large drinks.

"I'm fine." I replied.

"Okay." She said placing the tray down in front of me. "I wasn't really sure what you liked..so I kind of just got a bit of everything. Hopefully you--"

Before she even finished I was already stuffing my mouth with one of the slices of pizza. Her eyes widened as she looked at me. "What? I told you I was hungry."

"I can see that." She replied laughing loudly, clapping her hands.

"I LOVE FOOD." I grabbed one of the drinks, inserted a straw into the top and drank the liquid. As soon as it hit my taste buds, I got instantly happier. "How did you know?"

Lauren finished taking a sip of her drink before speaking, "Know what?"

"That I only drink Dr.Pepper." I said before taking another sip.

She shrugged, "Wild guess."

We continued to eat our food in silence after that. Occasionally I would catch Lauren glancing up at me. I just pretended like I didn't see it.

"Can I ask you something?" I asked, wiping my hands off with a napkin.

Lauren put down the slice of pizza that was in her hand, "Sure."

"What happened to you and Camila?"

Lauren sat back in her chair, she grabbed her drink and took a quick sip before placing the cup back down on the table. "What do you mean?" She placed her hands down in her lap. "Camila and I are fine. It's really nothing."

"It doesn't look like nothing." I mumbled, "I mean, you love her don't you?"

"I love all of them."

I rolled my eyes, "I'm not asking about the other girls, we're talking about Camila."

She moved her body forward and leaned against the table a bit, "Why are you so interested in Camila?"

The real question is why is Camila so interested in me. "I'm not, I'm just trying to understand what you're placing me in."

Lauren narrowed her eyebrows at me. "I gave you a perfect opportunity to run and you didn't, you just sat here and waited for me."

I shrugged my shoulders.

"Cat got your tongue?" She giggled.

I shook my head, " I just realized how much people say they care about someone or something and really don't. Once, it's gone no one acts as if it was there."

Lauren's smile quickly faded. "Welcome to my life."
