Interviewer: Hello Carisa.
Me: Hello. It's been so long since we last talked hasn't it?
Interviewer: You bet it has been! I'm sure you have done a lot of things here on wattpad?
Me: Planning? Yes. Publishing? Uhm... I'm working on that! -laughs-
Interviewer: -laughs along- I see. Can't wait to see what you have planned for us fellow readers. May I ask, though, do you intend to do anything with your finished stories?
Me: Oh. Why, thank you for asking! Yes, I intend to do spelling checks. You know, to weed out all those errors I have? -laughs- I'm only considering whether I should rewrite any of them though.
Interviewer: I see, and what about your other unfinished published stories?
Me: Currently, I am putting "Behold, The Heir", "The Ice Mage", "The Crystal Flowers" and "True Colour" on hold.
Interviewer: Why is that so?
Me: Ah, I will get to that shortly. I'm currently working on "Healing Wounds" and "Magic Of The Night". I really hope you guys like this new style of writing I'm exploring. That's not all, I have yet another two stories in my draft. Two of which, will be some of my best works I am sure.
Interviewer: Ooh! Go on, I'm listening...
Me: The reason why I'm putting four of my older books on hold, is because I'm exploring a new writing method. I really hope you all like this new form of writing I am experimenting with. I'm going to be very honest. "Healing Wounds" isn't a good book. It took me a while to realise. It's just like a series that has many trivial problems but no key problem. That attempt went down the rabbit hole. I intend to rewrite it. That's something I'm not going to hide. Rewriting of "Healing Wounds". It's on my list of things to do...
Interviewer: Wow! Thank you for your honesty on the topic. Will you be getting to your books on hold anytime soon?
Me: Unless readers really go out of their way, asking me repeatedly to update one of them, if not, no. Well, it depends on your definition of soon. I will most likely update one of those stories once in a few weeks. Not very often but... I will try.
Interviewer: Can we have more insight on your draft stories?
Me: Oh my goodness! You can be so direct sometimes that it's shocking!
Interviewer: I try and I do it well!
Me: All I can say is, I'm really experimenting what I can do with these stories. It isn't very clear what exactly I'm planning to achieve by doing this but I really hope you enjoy all of these stories.
Interviewer: Oh, I meant content-wise. Give us some juicy details if you can!
Me: I'm not going to.
Interviewer: Why not?
Me: Nope. No spoilers!!
Interviewer: Oh come on... just one juicy detail from each draft? Pleeeaaassseeee?
Me: -sigh- alright...
My first draft, get ready for this... will be focusing on Dreams and Romance. It is still in Fantasy, but I'm not going to focus on it as much as the Dreams and Romance of the characters.
The second draft, on the other hand, is... a mystery. I'm not sure where I'm going with it just yet. Yes, that's the juicy detail. I'm not sure where it's going to end up. All I know is, it's just me, experimenting.
Interviewer: YES, ROMANCE! I THINK WE NEED MORE OF THAT FROM YOU! Awww, I don't count your second one as a juicy detail...
Me: -laughs hysterically- Perfect timing then! I intend to publish the book as soon as I can. Since you're looking forward to it, I might as well tell you it's title. The first draft story, is called "Hidden Talent". I'll let you, my fellow readers, find out why.
Interviewer: And you second draft?
Me: Not telling~
Interviewer: First you have no juicy details, second, you don't tell us the title of the story. Come on... tell us something critical about it... I'm dying to know!!
Me: Alright, sheesh! xD I actually took a while to come up with the draft... It was an old idea I discarded because I thought of it as "too cliché for anyone's liking"... It may be quite cliché... warning for you my fellow readers. My unique fact for you: It's based off a mystical creature known as a Phoenix. If you don't know what it is, I suggest you look it up! ;)
Interviewer: Looks like we have a lot to look forward to! Thank you so much for making the time to attend this interview!
Me: Thank you for giving me yet another chance to talk about my stories. Oh and one last thing...
I really couldn't have done all of this without all of you, my fellow readers. Thank you all so much for your support! :D
Interviewer: There you have it! Enjoy~
