Don't say that you're Fine

If you are really not

Cause holding bad feelings

Like sadness & anger inside

Can make you feel Even Worse! 


If you're having a bad day

Or some problem

You don't know how to solve

Don't pretend that 'It's Ok' 

- But ask someone you trust

For Help 

And don't stay quiet!

- Talk to Your Friends! 


If it's hard to say it

- Write it, 

If it's also hard to write

Cause you don't know 

How to express 

What's bugging you 

With words

- Try some artistic 

Way of expression:

Drawing your bad

Emotions out

Would be also a 

Good way! 


Don't be like those 

Who hurt themselves

Or even worse...

And their families

Are surprised 

Because they

'Seemed ok'...

And 'Never Complained'


Cause if you don't

Let somebody know

You have a problem

- They're unable to help you

Cause they Don't know 

That you need any help! 

You must talk to them!

They're not clairvoyants!

So they can't see

What's going on inside your mind!


If they are your friends 

They surely won't say 

That you are 'weak' 

Because you can't

Solve your problem 

Yourself

And they'll will be

Always Willing To Help! :)


Asking For Help 

Is not a sign of Weakness! 

- Believe me!

It's a Sign of Strength! 


Your friends will be happy

That you're asking them 

For Help

Cause then they can feel

That you Trust Them!  ^_^


( It's easier to solve 

Any problem together

And with right support 

You Always feel Better! 😊

So ask them for help, 

Don't face problems 

Alone, 

And then a Real Smile

- Not the fake one

Will appear on 

Your Face

And all the bad feelings

And stress 

Will be gone! :) )
