The Golden Baozi

One

A tan skinned, young adult walking into the practice room flashing everyone in the room with his crooked smile. He walking to the back wall in the room, his nutty brown hair popping up and down as he bounced with each excited step. After he reached the wall, he turned, his hair falling to one side of his face as a result of the sudden turn. The man bowed deeply, going as low as possible. When he came up from the bow after a few seconds, he had an even larger smile on his face, stretching from one side to the other, and his bangs slightly covered his eyes.

"H-hi everyone. I-I'm Xiumin," the man said, bowing down once more. He was obviously nervous about meeting everyone, for he was ringing his hands together; and his brown eyes were quickly shifting from one member to another. He was being overly polite as well, probably attempting to create a good first impression for his new members.

Suho was the first to react, bowing down in greeting, although slightly higher than Xiumin had. He turned from facing Xiumin, beckoning the others forward to greet the beige man. They all bowed to Xiumin before any of them spoke or introduced themselves. Suho pushed his bangs out of his eyes, for when he had bowed, his brown hair had fallen out of place, just as Xiumin's had.

"Hello Xiumin!" Suho said, his own face breaking into a smile. "Soo Man told me you would be joining EXO today." He turned back to the others, who were behind him, helping each other fix their hair. Sehun was fiddling with Luhan pink dyed hair as Luhan set Sehun's cap back on his head, which had fallen when he had bent over. Chen's hair had already been reset to it's original style, a simple side part, and he was helping Baekhyun with his nutty brown mess. Tao, unlike the others, was scrambling around on the hardwood floor, studying every inch of ground.

"What are you doing, Tao?" questioned Suho as he walked toward him, away from Xiumin. Xiumin attempted to follow him through the crowd of EXO members, but his path was barred by Chanyeol and Baekhyun as they attempted to start a conversation. Suho, not noticing that he had left Xiumin behind, kept advancing toward Tao, who was still running his hands around on the floor, searching into every nick and cranny in the surface.

"So, you're the new guy?" Chanyeol mumbled to himself, scanning Xiumin up and down. He winced as pain shot up from his foot, for Baekhyun had just stepped on his foot, signally to his that he should stop scanning the new, nervous, EXO member.

"So, you're the new guy?" Questioned Baekhyun, repeating what he had just heard Chanyeol mutter to himself moments before. Xiumin nodded his head slowly as he stepped up on his tiptoes to look over Chanyeol's shoulder, searching through the crowd of members for Suho. Chanyeol snapped his fingers right in front of Xiumin's brown eyes, bringing his attention back to the two in front of him. Xiumin studied Chanyeol, his eyes focusing on the key points of their figure.

Chanyeol was much taller that Xiumin was, towering over the 5" 8' man. He had short black hair, or at least as far as Xiumin could tell, for Chanyeol as wearing a black cap, the word WOLF printed on the front in big white letters. He was also wearing a solid white tee-shirt with a black cardigan over it. After studying Chanyeol, Xiumin's eyes shifted to Baekhyun.

"Couldn't stand staring at me any longer?" Questioned Chanyeol as he watched Xiumin's eyes slip away from his figure. Chanyeol felt another shot of pain as Baekhyun shut him up again. Chanyeol opened his mouth, turning to look at Baekhyun, ready to protest this constant abuse. When he turned his head to complain to Baekhyun, Baekhyun was already looking back at him, slowly and minimally, shaking his head. He mouthed stop to Chanyeol, meaning him to stop being too harsh toward the Xiumin. Chanyeol looked down at his feet, slowly nodding his head.

They looked back at were Xiumin had been standing moments before, and found that they were just looking at an empty wall. They looked around, searching for the tan member through the crowd. They spotted him with Tao and Suho, and they were all on the floor now, scavenging for something. Baekhyun and Chanyeol walked toward the three of them, kneeling down infront of Suho, questioning looks in their eyes.
