Vegeta and Bulma: The unexpected love

Chapter four: Tell me

[Bulma pov]

Waking up, I looked around my bed, Vegeta was at my side holding my hand. For I don't know reason, I looked at the time that was displayed on the clock, 3 am. I missed school since I was sick!!

"Bulma..." Vegeta muttered out as he turned to the opposite direction. I took a peek and saw a smile forming on his lip, I smiled as I got up to get myself a glass of warm water. I do not want to fall sick again.

Walking about, I noticed I was only in my shirt and undergarment. Just what happened?

Trying to remember, I almost dropped my cup, however thanks to my reflexes i caught it in time. "Just what happened?" I asked myself as my room door freaked open, and came out sleepy Vegeta. I giggled as I saw his straight hair messy and all over the place, bad hair day.

He scratched the back of his neck before coming close to me and smiling for the first time. "What are you doing up so early?" He asked as he got even closer, "Umm.. drinking wateeerrr?.." I drew my words, he gave a faint smile before placing the cup down at the kitchen table and giving me a kiss on the lips. My eyes widens and I gave a confused look to myself, did I say something yesterday to him?!

"I love you.." I heard him mutter, true I did like him however, what happened?!

He bridal style carried me and I wrapped my arms around his neck due to the surprise. He then walked back inside my room and laid me down while he sat on the bed, he stroked my light blue hair in the dark and smiled. "I love you." This time, he mustered up his courage to say it.

"Me too." I said, still I was unconfident that was happening. I closed my eyes and retraces my steps yesterday.

Two minutes later

My cheeks formed a tiny of pink as I remembered what happened yesterday. I was in the shower with Vegeta helping me, he kissed me on the lips and I confessed my feelings to him. In just two weeks!  
And things were really bad for us over the two weeks! I covered my face as my whole face became red, Vegeta stared at me before grabbing my hands.

He grinned and rested his chin on my shoulder, I squeaked. He lets out a laughed and I looked at him, he had closed his eyes and his arms was wrapped around my waist. I stroked his jet black hair as it was my turn to rest my chin on his shoulder, I smiled and drifted to sleep again.

Three and a half hour later

'Beep' 'Beep' 'Beep' the alarm clocked ringed, I blocked my eyes and slammed the snooze button. I was lying down on my bed, I looked frantically for Vegeta and sighed. "What if it was just a dream?" I asked, I got up and walked into Vegeta's room, where he was sleeping soundly until his alarm clock ringed too. He fell off the bed and whimpered in pain, "Well guess Mr woke up by falling off the bed." I taunted.

He bursts out laughing and stood up, "Morning." he greeted by walking closer to me and pecking a kiss on my cheek. "About yesterday..." I said as I played with my fingers, he was silent before giving a light kiss on my lips. "I'll tell you later. But before that, let's get freshened up and breakfast."

I nodded as I followed him, he grabbed his toothbrush and paste, he then squeezed the toothpaste. As he was cleaning out his teeth, he noticed I was feeling down, "Hey... what's wrong." He asked, "Nothing.." I lied.

"Hey... if this is about me, then just dump me and go for other guys." He answered, I fumed, "Why would I do that? After all the trouble you went! Hey I wanted you from the fifth day!"

He spat out the soapy toothpaste and rinse his mouth before smiling at me, he gave me a kiss as he walked out.

I was already freshened up, I went out of the room tot he kitchen where Vegeta was already preparing.
"About yesterday.." he spoke as he chopped up the vegetables, "Well if you want to forget about it then do." as he added salt and pepper to the meat and left it.

I walked up to him and wrapped my arms around his waist, tears welled up in my eyes. He off the fire and turned around to face me, he smiled before picking me up.

During the two weeks, he grew a head taller than me.

"So are you or not? Tell me." He said, "I uh, umm, so that is.." I struggled. "Well my answers are, I love you." Vegeta said as he grinned, my face blushed and I placed my head on his chest.

"Well... I love you too. I'm not letting anyone take you away from me." I answered in a soft voice, "Ok then." he replied as he got back to cooking and I was still hugging him.

7 am

"Bulma. Breakfast." He said as he placed down the bowl of soup, I smiled and sat down. "It smells good." I said, "And delicious." he added.

"Hey what are we going to do for the next 1 and a half hour?" I asked curiously, "Well I'm just going to stay here and read, you?" he replied and answered me.

"Guess I'll be staying here with you. I don't have anything to do either." I answered while drinking the cold refreshing water, he smiled. "Well let's just get to eating first.

Time skip

"Vegeta... let's get ready. We only have thirty minutes left." I said as he placed his chin on my head, he giggled. "Well then." He placed down his, 'Will you be my sunshine?' book down and carried me. He walked to his closet as he got out his uniform, I got out of arm and walked to my room.

My uniform shirt was white in colour, black short skirt and a tie. I don't know why this school wants us to wear uniform and wear a tie everyday?

After we got ready, we packed our materials and went out of our dorm, where we raced to see who would reach there faster. And one-fourth of the race, he ran faster and carried me, "Your skirt." he whispered as my face flushed red.

"Idiot." I whispered back, where he chuckled as he slowed down and walked with me. "Remember two weeks ago when I said I hate you?" He asked, I nodded, "Now I love you." he grinned as he picked up the pace.

"Want me to go faster?"

"Well yes!"

"Here we go!" He shouted as he ran at full force, my hair blew while his hair stood still, which defied gravity.

"Are you thinking of my hair literally defying gravity?" He chuckled, "Well what do you think? You hair is literally. Literally defying gravity."

"Who cares!"
