Getting settled

The next day
Koaru is starring off into space not listening or doing what is told

Tamaki : Come on Koaru why won't you cooperate?
Koaru : ....
Tamaki : Hikaru! What is wrong with him why is he doing adorable, worried, sad eyes!?
Hikaru : I don't know he has been like this all day he is starting g to worry me. When I woke up he wasn't there. Though I found him later in the dining hall poking his food with a fork. Now that I think about it I haven't seen Asami around either, I wonder why.
Koaru : ... I know why.....
Tamaki : why?
Koaru : ... I don't want to talk about it......
Tamaki : can't you just say it we can help
Koaru : I don't think she wants me telling people about it....

The next few days Asami is not at school and Koaru is totally out if it.
Later that night Koaru went out for a walk to clear his mind. On the walk he runs into Asami, who looked still sad.

Koaru : what are you doing out at this hour?
Asami : the same as you.... Thinking...
Koaru : may I ask what about?
Asami : Mom, Dad,... host club...-_-,... You...
Koaru : (surprised) really...
Asami : what you said to me a few years ago when you visited me after I moved. How you were just protective of your brother and how I'm... Too rash
Koaru : I never said that...
Asami : you didn't say it because you didn't have to I could tell,... You didn't like it when I hurt people and when I hurt your brother that was an excuse to break up with me..... Because... You didn't really like me...and...

Before Asami could finish Koaru decided it was now or never. He pulled Asami towards him, put one of his hands on her face, and passionately kissed her for the first time to show that Asami was wrong about him and he did really love her. While this was still happening Asami's assistant came walking up to see the whole thing and Koaru standing there nervous and akward

Assistant : Asami.... You father was worried about you. Why did you leave without saying anything?!
Asami : I didn't feel like talking
Assistant : we'll that is obvious (looks at Koaru) it seemed you snuck out for this... Boy. Hmmm I remember you, yes, your one of the Hitachi twins. Your father will not be pleased to hear what you have been doing here without any permission.
Asami : I'm sorry, I was just upset about mom and needed some fresh air
Assistant : it didn't look like you were gaining any air that only makes you need more
Asami : please don't tell dad there is no need for him to worry. He needs to focus on getting better, I can take care of myself
Assistant : fine but no promises it won't slip out.
Koaru : look it wasn't her fault, it was me.
Assistant : I will gladly mention that when the information "slips out"
Koaru : (looks awkward, nervous, and embarrassed)
Asami : come on this was nothing
Assistant: if this is nothing I don't want to see what something is, and I don't think your father does either. You are coming home now. (Drags her away)

The next day
Today Koaru wasn't depressed anymore....buuut.... He still wasn't paying any attention. He was still staring out into space, but at least he had a big smile on his face.

Tamaki : why are you so happy? -~-
Hikaru : ya it's getting really creepy.
Koaru : are you saying you want me to go back to being oblivious to life itself?
All : no, no, no!
Tamaki : you are slowly improving

Just then the door to the host club slowly opens and reveals Asami.

Asami : I think I owe you guys and explanation.... For my sudden disappearance... Well unless Koaru already told you.
Koaru : just so you know I didn't tell them about why you weren't here... Or the other thing...
Tamaki and Hikaru : ooooooooh tell us!!
Asami : look, i wasn't here because.... My mother passed away...
Tamaki : oh, my baby, I'm so sorry!!! (Runs and captures her in his arms.)
Asami : I'm fine stop freaking out
Tamaki : but why your mother died
Asami : I wasn't very close to my family, never had been. It's not like my cat died
Tamaki, Hikaru, Honey, Kyoya : your..... Cat....
Asami : hey, I spent much more time with my cat then with people. I was a very antisocial child still am soooo....
Hikaru : what about that other thing Koaru mentioned... (Eyebrow, eyebrow)
Koaru : come on guys that was nothing
