"Yeah . But anyways . How was your other class ?" , She asks me
"It was great . My teacher's pretty cool . "
"Mr.Mixer ?"
"Yeah . " , I say
"I feel bad for you ."

"He's a good teacher but he actually grades and he gives quizzes every Friday . "
"That's okay . "
"That's not the bad part . "
"Then what is ?"
"He ask about the objective and learning target . And he gives ridiculous stories . " , she sighs .
"He's a nice looking teacher . He always looks sharp . "
"Yeah . He really does ."
"There was a senior female who was trying to flirt with him ."
"No way !" , I say
And with that me and Crystal have a full conversation . We laugh and We giggle a lot until the bell rings .
"Lunch bell . For second so us .",she says .
I get up and bring my purse . I pull out a ten dollar bill and walk with crystal outside . The chick fill a stand is full so I wait in line with crystal .
" We could drive to a chick Fill a and come back . "
" I don't drive my car yet ." , I say
"I do . Come on . " , she grabs her keys from her purse . We walk outside and She walks over to a black infinity .
"Nice car ."
"I just got it . My dad got mine . "
"Its cool " , I say as we get inside . Everything is khaki . Except for a big screen she has sticking out the radio . She presses a button and it goes back inside

"I like that screen ."
"It's to watch movies with my little brother.. I take him out sometimes ."
"You take your brother  out ? "
"Yes ! I love to take him shopping ."
"You work ?"
She stares ahead and starts the car .
"I wish " , she whispers .
" Wait....So how do you buy stuff for him ?"
" I mean I'm technically working but I don't consider it work because ... I'm working at my parents business . "
I stare at her ," Your parents ..."
"Yes . They own a Realtor . Have you heard of Home finder  Realtor ?"
"Yes . I've seen their commercials ."
"My parents are on that commercial." , she sighs .
"That's good . Your parents have money . "
"Everything in life is not just money . "
"I know . "
"What about your mom ? What does she do ?"
" She's a Lawyer . "
"She studied law ?"
"Yeah . She was a judge in my country ."
"Awesome ! What about your dad"
"Don't got one . " , I say . 
"What do you mean ?"
"My father died . He was a Marine . Well he was my stepdad  he was mire of a father than my real one.  " 
"Oh . " , she says
"Yeah. He was great from what I remember but he's gone . "
"I'm .. Sorry , for asking . I shouldn't be so curious . "
"No . It's fine.  "
"So ....Have you seen Orlando . " , she asks .
I look ahead where Chick fil A is .
"Yeah . I saw him and I couldn't even talk.  "
"No way ! Seriously . Why would you not talk  ? "
"I mean I talked but they must have been in another language since Lexy said it sounded like jiberish . "
She laughs ," You were nervous ?"
"Definitely since it wasn't even planed , I just sort of bumped into him.  "
"Oh my god . Are you serious?" ,she asks
"Sadly , yes . " , I say as she drives up to the drive though .
" What did he say ?"
"Nothing , he just kind off chuckled and left . But I swear my heart nearly jumped out of my chest ."
"Everyone's like that near him ."
"Well . I mean ...."
"I didn't think you'd be like that though ."
I turn towards her as the car in front of her moves up .She touches a button and her window rolls down ," Can I get a chicken sandwich, a large order of fries and a strawberry banana milkshake . and -"
She turns towards me ," what do you want ?"
"The same thing . "
"Make it two orders of what I just ordered ."
"Cash or Card ?"
"Card " , she says
Wait a minute while your food is ready , Your total is $48.89, will that be all ?"
"Yeah . "
"Okay , wait just a moment . " , the lady grabs a bag and asks us of we want sauce . Crystal says yes so the lady gives us one of each sauce and winks at her . After two minutes they give us our food .
"Thank you . Have a nice day." , crystal says .
"Here " , I say giving her $28 dollars .
"No way . I won't take that . "
"Why not ?"
"I don't need it . I invited you anyways."
"Still take it . I won't eat in peace if You don't have this money . "
"I won't either if you don't put that money in your bag . "
"Let's make a deal ?" , I say
"Okay , sure ."
"How about next the we come here I pay . " , I smile and extend my hand towards her  .
"Okay , fine ." , she shakes my hand .
"Crystal. .. When you said I wouldn't be like that what did you mean ?"
" I didn't think you'd be nervous
around him ."
"Why ?"
"Oh please . .. Your pretty . Your new .Your you And I thought that you'd come near him and leave him with his mouth open . "
I laugh "you make me sound like a total confident girl . " 
" Because that's what we think you are ."
"Wait , we ?"
" yeah . The girls and I. ."
"Maya and Laya ?"
"Yes . We made a bet and now I owe her 20 dollars . "
"Do they know you know how it went ?"
" nope. "
"Then How about we go and redo the whole scene again . "
"If he's in our lunch ." , she adds .
"Right ."
She stares ahead while we pull up at the school ,"your evil . I like you " I like you too ."
" I know . " , she said while turning off her car .
When we entered the cafeteria Maya and Laya were sitting with a couple of people at the top of the stairs . I looked around and almost laughed . This school was exactly how they portrayed high school in movies . The geeks or nerds were all sitting in one long table ,  the kids with all black were in one corner , and other people were in other places . The kids at the top of the stairs smiled at Crystal while she sat down with Maya and Laya . There was no room for me and everyone was starring at me .
Crystal then stands up and looks at the girl who was sitting with them .
"Could you move ?"
"I sit here crystal . "
"Well we need an extra seat so ...."
The girl scoffed and got up .
Crystal said , "sit down . "
I felt bad for the girl so I tapped her shoulder ," I'm sorry . I didn't want to take your seat. "
" It doesn't matter , Its fine. She's an ass.  " , she says .
"Why do you say that ?"
"You saw her right . This isn't the first time . "
"Oh . "
"That's how girls like her are . "
" Do you really think so ?"
" yes ."
"Well I'm still sorry . & I'll keep that in mind.  ,What's your name ?"
She smiles ," Ivana  , whats yours ?"
"Frida . You can call me Fri . "
"Like free stuff ?"
"Nah , its just short for Frida . "
"Okay ,well that's cool , You can call me Ana . "
"Cool . I'm gonna go ." , I say
She nods and walks over to another table and sits .
"You didn't have to be rude with her .." , I say to crystal .
"I did ." , she says .
"Why ? She just wanted to sit here ."
"She's a hater . she talks too much crap about me and the girls ."
I blush Scarlet .
She laughs bitterly ," what did she's tell you ?"
"She said that you were an ass and that girls like you are like that . "
"Like me ?"
"Chill Crystal its the first day , don't start with her . You already know how she is . " , Maya says .
Laya looks down and starts to pick at her food . Crystal turns over to her ,"Laya ?"
She looks up , her cheeks red .
"I'm fine ." 
Crystal sits down and I sit too .
"So how was class ?" , Maya asks .
Crystal hands me my food .
I look around until I see Orlando . He was staring at me . Crystal lightly kicked me and laughed . I stared right back at him . It looked like a staring competition but I broke it and turned around .
"I told you " , Crystal says .
"Didn't even blush . " , Laya says
Maya just nods her head .
"What are you talking about?" , I ask
"That staring competition between you and Orlando ." , Maya says
Laya pulls out twenty bucks and so does Maya
"Wait ..  Did you guys bet on me ?" ,I ask
"Crystal said that you wouldn't be red but we said you would . " , Laya laughs. 
I frown at them ,"that's not cool ."
"Sorry ... " , Crystal says . She winks at me .
His stare was intense so I smiled . He didn't smile back so I turned around .
"So how was your class ?" , I ask Maya .
"Good . I had ....." , and she goes on and on but I feel a hole in the back of my head starting to form . When the man finally tells us that we can leave I get up quickly bringing Crystal with me .
"He's staring ." , she says .
"I know . I felt him making a whole in my head . "
" He's coming here ." ,she says .
I start to panic ,"let's go !"
"Hello . " , Someone says .
His voice is deep and soft at the same time .
I turn around slowly and almost trip on my dress .
I give him a small smile . Crystal leaves me and walks towards Maya . Almost everyone is staring at us .
"So ... I'm Orlando . "
The boys who Lexy showed me were all staring and Jonathan was there .He seemed scared .
"I'm Frida . " , I say .
"Why was your friend laughing at me ?"
"Which friend ?"
"Crystal . "
"You looked funny with your tung out "
He  laughed , " okay . Your new ?"
"Yes . " , I say .
"Have you met any of them ?" , he says while Pointing at a table of boys who were staring .
