*The Cullen House*

Emmett And I Were Sitting On The Sofa Watching Baseball Whilst Nessie And Bella Were Playing The DS. Suddenly Emmett Shifted.

"Em, What's Wrong?" I Asked.

I Looked Up At His Face To See A Look Of Horror On It.

"Emmett, What's Wrong?" I Said Standing Up "Bella Get Edward And Carlisle!"

"No... NO!" He Said, A Tear Rolling Town His Cheek.

Bella Left And About One Second Later Came Back With A Worried Carlisle And Edward.

"Edward Read His Mind. What's Wrong?" I Said So Quickly A Human Wouldn't Understand What I Was Saying.

"He's Having A Nightmare!" He Spoke With Panic.

"That's Impossible!" I Exclaimed "Emmett! Look At Me!"

"No! Aro! Stop! No! Rose!" He Screamed.

The Rest Of The Family Walked Into The Room At Vampire Speed.

"Emmett? Hey! Concentrate!" Carlisle Shouted.

It Was The First Time I Had Ever Heard Him Shout.

"NO! STOP!" Emmett Screamed Again At The Top Of His Lungs.

As Soon As He Screamed Stop A Vase Fell On The Floor And Smashed And He Sagged Back Against The Sofa Unconscious.

"Emmett!" I Said Sadly.

This Wasn't Possible. Vampire's Couldn't Sleep Never Mind Lose Consciousness Or Have Nightmares.

"Get Him Somewhere Comfy!" Alice Said With The Ring Of Command.

We All Lifted His Unconscious Body Up Onto The Sofa. And I Waited. For Six Hours I Watched Over Him, Hoping To See Those Amber Eyes Again.

Then Finally The Eyelids Fluttered And Slowly Opened.

"Rose?" He Whispered.

"Shh" I Whispered Back.

"What Happened?"

"You Had A- A Nightmare" I Said.

Fear And Remembrance Appeared Across His Face.

"What Did You See Emmett?" I Said, Whilst Stroking His Face.

"Aro Kills You, And It's My Fault!!!" He Began To Sob.

"How Is It Your Fault?"I Said Soothingly.

"He.... Reads.... My.... Thoughts Rosie!" He Cried.

I Rested His Head On My Shoulder And Kissed His Forehead.

"Shh" I Whispered Into His Ear.

"He's Coming To Get Me!" He Whispered In My Ear.

"No One's Gonna Harm You Or Me Emmy!"

Carlisle And Edward Walked In The Room. Emmett Pulled Away And Looked At Edward And Wiped A Tear Off His Face. His Amber Eyes Were Sad And Wet.

"Emmett It's Just A Nightmare" Said Edward "Jeez"

"Edward!" Carlisle Said Sternly.

"Em, You're Burning Up!" I Said In Surprise.

Vampires Are Always Cold, Never Warm.

"I'll B- Be F-F-Fine" He Stuttered.

For The Rest Of The Night Emmett Just Sat On The Sofa Being Quiet.
