Chapter 22

Hey im sorry i havent been updating much but i'll try to keep up with a pattern on when im going to update and stuff. Not edited so sorry for any mistakes:)

Chapter 22**

3 weeks later

carsons POV**

I sat here, in the car with Tody on my right and Jay on my left. You probably dont know who Jay is so i'll explain..

flashback 2 weeks ago**

"toby?! toby come back here its not funny anymore!" i screamed, i was currently chsing toby from out house to the little park on the corner. Ever since Niall got taken he keeps running away.

"TOBY?!?!?"

"er, excuse me, miss?" I turned around and saw a tall boy, with light blonde hair and gorgeous brown eyes and a friendly smile.

"oh er my names Carson.." i trailed off.

"Jay. Who are you looking for?"

"my little brother,Toby. Hve you seen him? He's about this big and has-"

"CARSON-N-N-N-N-N-N" I heard Toby scream in which i turned around and saw Toby sitting on the ground crying

Flashback over**

Jay gave me a nervous smile and looked out of the window. Today was the day of the court hearing for Niall's release.I don't know weather i'm more nervous about seeing Niall or him being found guilty when he had done nothing wrong.Jay knows that me and Niall are a thing, he's just a really close friend and i'm glad..i could do with one of those to be honest.

We pulled up at the court house and to say I was nervous was an understatement.
"are we gonna see niall now?" Toby asked excitedly. I nodded and grabbed his hand gently.

**in the court**

"Please rise for judge Judy" A policeman said, with a 5 o'clock shadow surrounding his toothy smile. What was he so happy about? Toby was sat next to me, Jay behind in the crowd of about 50 people, My lawyer, Frank, was beside me.

"We're here today to discuss the custody arrangements for Niall Horan. Bring him in!" She shouted and there he was. He was dressed in Orange, a light scowl on his face, his nose scrunched up as the two men in uniforms held his arms tightly.

"NIALL!" Toby shouted. Nialls face lit up as he saw Toby, and as if it was possible his face got brighter as he saw me. I smiled. He got taken up to the stand, sitting in his own little box looking isolated. In came Liam. All heads turned his way and Toby sunk in his seat, The judge caught on that Toby was afraid so I cooed in his ear lightly whilst Liam was being spoken to.

"Okay. So Niall Horan, please explain what happened on the night of the I cede t that occurred 3 weeks ago." She spoke in a light tone. He cleared his throat.
"well, on the night, me, Carson and Toby had been out and got back quite late from the hospital, as Carson had been," he struggled to say it, looking at me.
"raped. Toby came downstairs in tears claiming someone was in the garden, so of corse I went out to look,"

"is this true Toby?" the judge asked. Toby nodded. "proceed"

He nodded. "So I went outside but saw no one, as I came back In I saw Liam, he was obviously the one whom was in the garden and he had ahold of Carson and Carson's, rapist holding her. We fought and eventually I got injured. Louis, pushed me into the cupboard, as he didn't want me to get hurt and in that time Carson had come downstairs, I of corse, wanted to protect her so I beat up Alan for what he deserved."

"Liam ran into the stairs, creating an injury on his forehead, and then the police showed thinking that I was the one who inflicted it onto him and scared Carson away" He then sat down, waving to Toby, since he was waving to him.

"Liam. Is this true?" He shook his head.
"I would never hit a girl your honour, I-" he was cut off
"BULLSHIT!! YOU HIT CARSON AND DONT TRY TO DENY IT YOU LITTLE-"
"SIT DOWN!" He was cut off by the judge, Niall had risen to his feet in anger.

She turned to me and looked away. "Frank. Anything you would like to say?" He nodded and stood. "My client would like to approach the chair" so of corse I stood up and walked towards, Niall getting down with the help of two officers. I didn't care. I ran towards his and wrapped my arms around his neck, he still smelt the same. I cried into his neck as he struggled to put one arm around me.

"Shh. Car it's okay baby, you'll be fine" He cooed, I nodded and kissed his cheek lightly before wiping my eyes and step ping up to the stand.
"What happened on the night?" she asked and I told her the same story as Niall had.
"Your honour, with all due respect you must be stupid to think that Liam Payne has feelings (no offence Liam) He helped with the rape and if he doesn't get locked up then I'll go mad, he doesn't deserve to be here if Niall gets locked up" I then stood up and walked to where I was sat previously.

1 hour later**

"we have decided to let Mr Niall Horan go as-" I didn't care. I couldn't care. I got up and ran towards Niall jumping in his arms
"oh god baby I've missed you so much " he stressed, caressing my hair lightly and I cried happy tears into his neck.

"I've missed you"
