Nagishiko is liar so what if (s)he lied about his/her very species and (s)he is secretly a parasitic organism made purely of hair that latched on to the head of a human host and is controlling their brain through their ears and maybe that's why Nagishiko's species evolved to have so much hair it's to hide the ears of the host.
