Chapter 13 "Happily"

*Dinah*

We're banned to see those vampire guys even though they've saved our asses.
All of us are grounded and we homeschooled now since we can't see the boys anymore.
I love my parents to death but right now I hate them.

I'm tapping my pen on my maths book zoning out in my thoughts completely ignoring our tutor.

"Dinah!" He yelled and Instantly snapped out of my thoughts.

"Huh?" I asked lost on what's happening.

"Please pay attention we've only got 5 minutes left"
Mr Humphrey pleaded

"Okay, okay" I sighed sitting up in my chair. I took a quick glance at all of the girls and you could tell that they haven't been themselves without the vampires and Calum. Yeah so Calum is their buddy now I guess? they have each others backs... How do I know? well I still text the guys secretly.

"Okay that concludes our lesson I'll see you Monday"
Mr Humphrey said grabbing his coat and suitcase then heading out the garage door.

"Ugh this sucks." Lauren complained.

"I just want to know if Harry's okay.." Camila's raspy voice softly spoke.

"You really like him, hey?" Normani asked and Camila shrugged.

"I don't like him..." Camila trailed off rising her voice a bit.

"Whoa what?" Normani asked confused like the rest of us.

"I think I'm in love with him." Camila finished shyly. I knew it.

"Camarry much" I said and she narrowed her eyes at me.

"Zinah" She coughed and the girls laughed. I crossed my arms rolling my eyes.

"Lauriam" Normani says twisting her head around to see Lolo's reaction.

"Loumani" Lauren smirks. Normani glared at Lauren and turned to me then at Ally.

"NALLY!" We chanted in union.
Ally fiddled with her fingers while her cheeks burned red. Naw.

"So I guess we all have a crush on them" I spoke up after a while.

"L-Liam and I were going go out after our visit to Harry and we kissed." Lauren confessed the girls jaws dropped but I smirked.

"Isn't that cute" I said and she shook her and then we all let out a laugh.

"So Dinah, don't they all have like a special ability?" Ally asked. I nodded and she looked at me wanting me to go on.

"Louis has visions, Harry is strength, Niall's is mindreading, Zayn Is intelligence and Liam's is hunting." I answered and the girls had the most funny expressions since they were all eager to find out.

"Girls close your mouths you might choke on a fly." and they laughed.

"Okay well we have to get back to our houses now before my mami and papi have a heart attack" Camila explained

"Yeah we should go" Ally agreed, we all group hugged and left in different directions.
My life sucks so bad now.

*Liam*

"So you kissed her?" Louis asked again for the 15th time. Yes I was counting.

"Yes but I felt sparks! I felt different like I can't explain it! I felt... Normal?" I admitted

"Little white lies" Niall mumbled

"But aye, we've never kissed a human before you maybe Liam isn't lying." Zayn suggested

"That could be true Ni" Louis said patting Niall's back.

"Uh whatever fine." Niall says walking to his bedroom. But I feel different. I can't figure it out though.

"Let's just drop this conversation and go hunting I'm starving" Zayn said changing the subject

"Okay lets go" I said and Louis decided to join as well. They sped like a bullet but i didn't... I wasn't even going the normal vampire speed i was like snail.. Hunting is my hobby, I'm born to hunt it's my trait and I'm usually the one who finds the good humans to feed on.

"Smell anything?" Louis asked desperate as I finally caught up with them. I tried sniffing but I couldn't smell anything but moss and tree.

"N-nah I can't" I said shocked. They boys looked at me and shrugged it off.

"Lets just find a random person" Zayn suggested and we agreed on that. We found a man fishing by the lake. We nodded and each other knowing he's our target.

"Our game plan, Louis and I will hide behind that shrub while you distract him and take the first bite" Zayn explained

"Sounds like a plan" I said confident.

The man started whistling to a unfamiliar tune. I could smell fish in a bucket, he probably caught them.

"Hey Mate" I said waking up to him and he waved

"What's the fish you've caught?" I asked trying to make a conversation.

"Well Salmon is the only thing I find here I-" He started until I hissed and tried to show my fangs and red eyes but nothing worked. I shook my head and touched my teeth where my fangs should be but nothing... My eyes don't seem red and what the fuck did I do hiss? it certainly didn't sound like it.

"Are you okay?" The man asked weirded out. I couldn't blame him.

"Y-yeah just clearing my throat" I lied and he believed it then started his topic about the Salmon again... Fun.

"Well I need to go" I nervously said and then we waved goodbye.

I know what has happened we found a cure for our race... That's why we aren't allowed to fall in love with humans... Because you turn Into one! You bloody turn into a human. IM A GENIUS.

"Liam what was that?" Louis asked pissed off.

"I'm not a vampire anymore." I said and they cracked up laughing.

"No, seriously I ain't... My fangs are gone and I have no power to do anything I used to be able to do." I finished

"Mate, you're overreacting.. This isn't Warm Bodies Liam she kissed you no big deal you're still a vampire" Zayn said and I shook my head.

"Look. Just forget it." I said pushing him back a bit and stomped back to our house

No one will ever believe me.

*Calum*

"So you excited to be going home?" I asked Harry in the waiting room at the hospital

"Yeah, I suppose" He answered and I nodded.

"Look I'm sorry back then it wasn't my fau-"

"Oi listen, it's okay it was you fathers fault you've told me before don't sweat it" Harry cut me off.

"Phew" I said and he smiled

"Okay your release papers have been signed and you may be free to go" Dr Collins said walking up to us.

"Okay" I said

"Thanks mate" Harry said shaking his hand.

"No worries, if you have any troubled just call me" Dr Collins smiled. With that we left the hospital, we hopped in my car and drove back to his place seeing Liam storming up the steps. What's up with him?

"Liam!" I called out and he ignored me by slamming the door.

"What's up with him?" I asked

"He's probably having a tantrum" Harry shrugged and I nodded

"Lets head over inside, the Doctor said you need to rest" I said.

"Alright, Come on" Harry said exiting the car. I did the same and we entered the house.

"Do you want me to make you a sandwich?" I asked Harry.

"Yeah that sounds lovely" He smiled then walked upstairs. I yawned and walked to the kitchen. All of a sudden a hand covered my mouth from behind and a gun was pointed at my head.

"Well, well we meet again Calum" The deep voice spat and he loaded the gun making a clicking noise and I gulped... This is the least that could happen right now.
