You are the reason
that no one around
has any self-esteem.
You are the reason
we try so hard
to be someone else,
someone other than this so-called "me".
You have no idea the work behind
all of this faking for nothing.
Of course you don't.
Because you're you.
The reason for all of our striving and aching.
Of course you don't.
Because you're you.
A total jerk in the making.
