Sarah's POV
As I was drifting off to sleep, I could feel myself getting colder as the night went on. Then I remember what Peter told me. All I had to do was think of something in order for it to happen. I thought about cuddling up and getting cozy and warm. A few seconds later, my back started to feel warmer. The warmth then spread to around my stomach and my neck and I fell asleep warm and content.
*The next morning*
I slowly opened one eye and looked around the room before quickly shutting it again. The glaring morning light was streaming through the window.
"I hate mornings." I grumbled to myself. I then felt the warmth leave my stomach.
"Oh good you are up." A groggy morning voice half yawned into my ear.
"AH!" I yelled and tried to get up which resulted in me getting tangled up and falling on the floor with a loud 'thud'.
"Oww." I groaned while rubbing my head. I look up to see Peter trying to hold back his laughter.
"Are you okay? What was that all about?" He gestured to the floor which I was currently attempting to get off of without falling over or tripping on the sheets.
I rolled my eyes and hit him with the pillow. "Don't ever do that again. You nearly scared the life outta me." I told him while I rubbed my eyes.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you. I thought I told you that I would join you yesterday?" He raised an eyebrow.
I searched my memory, then remembered that I did indeed ask him that. I started to blush, I felt stupid for freaking out and falling off of the bed.
"Right, I totally forgot, sorry." I got up and dusted myself off. Peter then rolled off of the bed and left it in a mess.
"Remember your training starts today, so do whatever it is that you need to do and join me outside when you are done." Peter grabbed a few weapons off of the shelves and walked outside the tent.
There was one thing that I always did in the morning, make my bed. I don't know whether it was the fact that I liked going to bed with a nicely made bed or that I didn't like there to be sheets everywhere and look unorganized but regardless of that, I took the sheets and carefully folded them up and put them at the bottom of the bed. I then went and flattened out the duvet so that nothing looked wrinkled or messy. Once it met my satisfaction, I headed outside to join Peter.
I saw him standing next to Felix and he was whispering something in his ear. Once he saw me he stopped talking and Felix nodded and walked off.
"Where is he going?" I looked over to see Felix vanish into the forest behind all the bushes and trees.
"I sent him to go check on the lost boys who are gathering the materials for the house we will make for you."
"Peter, I wouldn't mind helping you make the house you know. I kind of feel bad that I'm not really contributing in building my own house." He put his hand on my shoulder.
