A Trip into the Past? And a New Friend, maybe? (Chapter Six)

Marjorie could hear voices, one she knew sounded like Moka's but then there were others she didn't know. She thought she could hear another female's voice but then also a male's voice. The voice was...yelling. Marjorie tried to make out what they were saying but it was pointless. Suddenly the voices started to fade away and Moka's voice came clearer now.

   "Marjorie...Marjorie!" She was calling out her name, trying to wake her.

Marjorie started to wake up, her eyes fluttering open. Everything was a blur at first until things cleared up. She could see Moka, Tsukune and Ms. Nekonome. Marjorie then slowly sat up as her hand went to her head. "What happened?" She asked as she had to blink a few times.

"You fainted and were burning up with a fever...are you sure you're alright?" This time it was Tsukune's voice that she heard.

   "I...I'm alright....thank you for your concern." She said as she finally stood up off of the floor. She couldn't really remember what happened.

"Ms. Akashiya, why don't you take her to the infirmary?" Ms. Nekonome said as she helped Marjorie up off the floor.

Moka nodded as she then took Marjorie's arm so that she could stand and not stumble or anything. They walked out of the classroom and down the halls to the infirmary. She was set down on the bed as they waited for a nurse to come in. Sadly the nurse didn't show up for a while, leaving the two girls to talk. Moka was rocking on her heels a bit as she looked around but then at Marjorie.

"Marjorie, are you sure you are all right? You were mumbling a bit and sweating.." It was clear Moka was worried.

  Marjorie showed a soft smile as she gave a nod of her head. "I'm fine...I think I was over heated or something, nothing to worry about Moka, please." Marjorie didn't want to worry Moka anymore than she looked and honestly, she didn't know what happened.

Later the nurse came and told her that she only needed rest and gave her some medicine just in case anything else happened. The two girls then headed back to class but as they were walking in the halls, something happened. A girl with what seemed long white hair, pale skin and what seemed to be purple eyes, running through the halls as if she had been running from something or someone. Both Moka and Marjorie looked at each other then at the girl. The girl was out of breath and in a cold sweat, her hair was even sticking to herself. She looked so sweet and innocent but little did they know was that she could take care of herself. The girl then met eyes with them but only for a moment before she ran off once more. Marjorie was confused on who that girl was and who or what she was running from. Moka probably was thinking the same thing because she looked at her, a certain look in her green eyes. Both girls ran off after the girl but when they made it outside they couldn't find her.

  "Where could she have run off to?" Moka asked as she looked around.

"I don't know. She shouldn't have gotten away that fast..." Marjorie said in short breaths. She was starting to feel burning pain in her chest again.

Suddenly there were a loud thud as if something had fallen from great heights, there were even smoke coming from afar. Marjorie and Moka looked at each other, nodding but just as they were about to run towards the smoke, something or....someone was flying up in the sky. The figure had what seemed to be butterfly wings, they then realized it was that girl from in the halls. Both were wondering what was going on and who that girl was that appeared out of no where.
