Arks POV
I awoke coughing hard, trying to sit up, but after multiple failed attempt I fell back down grunting at the pain it caused me, closing my eyes and breathing heavily. "H-hi" stated an unknown voice. I sat up as fast I could, but fell back down yet again when I head butted the source of the unknown voice. "Ugg!" I grunted feeling my back begin to bruise, "sorry I didn't mean to scare ya kid" came the voice again. I sat up carefully and examined the blurry figure in front of me, I shakily grabbed my glasses and slipped them on. In front of me was a women, in her late 20s, with long black hair and grey eyes, holding her forehead smiling. "Who a-are you" I asked, she looked at me with slightly widened eyes and answered "My names Amanda" she replied. "Where are we?" I asked again, "No clue" she chuckled slightly. I glared at her for taking the situation lightly, "Wait, my dad!?" I yelled the memories coming back as I pulled out his glasses I managed to retrieve. The glasses had a crack in them, anger tuning through me I got up, despite the pain in my back, and went to the nearest wall. "Kid don't he can see us!" Amanda replied fearfully, pointing at a camera in the corner of the room. I walked over to it not listening to Amanda's pleads for me to stop, and punched the wall as hard as I could yelling as loud as I could "YOU BRING HIM BACK!! BRING HIM BACK TO ME OR I SWEAR TO GOD ILL UNLEASH HELL UPON YOU" I screamed as I picked up a small pebble and threw it at the camera lens hearing it crack. I dropped the other pebbles I had picked up, satisfied with my work. I turned around to see a look of utter terror on Amanda's face, she look up at me pity held in her stone eyes. "W-wha-" I stuttered but was cut off "He going to come for you" she said terrified. My face went pale at my sudden realization to the situation I had gotten myself into. Dirt fell above me as stomps continued to roar throughout the bunker, my heart racing at every stomp that passed until I heard a bundle of Keys making my heart stop. "Hurry over here" Amanda said pointing to a little 'safe room' around the corner. I ran in it and closes my eyes, a thing I had developed over the years to calm me. "Stay here until I say other wise" Amanda demanded strictly. I gave her a nod and she was off. I heard the trap door forcefully slammed open with the sound of heavy metal dropping. "Where is he!" Demanded the deep voice from the other side of the wall. "I don't know" Amanda stated surprisingly calm, the man grunted angrily "Don't play dumb with me Amanda!" He yelled furiously. "Ow!" Yelled Amanda. I peeked out of the hiding spot, despite every bone in my body telling me to stay put. As soon as I looked out I regretted it, seeing a very tall and muscular man roughly pulling Amanda by her beautiful black hair swinging her around like a rag doll. Anger boiled inside me as she noticed me, only then did I see she had tears streaming down her face. She noticed my anger a mouth at me a 'don't'. Despite her efforts I ran out, "HERE, HERE I AM NOW PUT HER DOWN!" I yelled catching his attention. He grunted a roughly pushed her down, spitting in her as he made his way to me. "Since when do I take orders from you" he stated anger lacing his tone. I panicked with each step he took, not knowing what do now "NO! No Max don't you dare lay your hands on that child!" Amanda screamed at 'max'. He stopped dead in his tracks and turned around swiftly "WHAT DID YOU JUST CALL ME! I TOLD YOU TO NEVER SPEAK THAT NAME AMANDA!" He said as he made his way over to Amanda swiftly. He picked her up by her hair and hit her instantly knocking her out, then walked over to me. I tried to run but he'd already caught me by the back of my neck, no doubt leaving a bruise. He turned me around and hit me on the side of my jaw, making me see stars until there was nothing but darkness surrounding me.
