"HOMESCHOOLED?!" I scream at my mom. "Loree please don't shou-" My mom said be fore I cut her off. "WHAT ABOUT MY FRIENDS?! WHAT ABOUT MY 4.0 GPA?! I WAS ON THE ROAD TO MAKING DAD PROUD AND YOU GO AND FUCK IT UP!" I scream, not caring that I said 'fuck' in front of my mom. I run to my room, tears welling in the outer corners of my eyes. "Why? Why me?" I say, sobbing. I reach over behind my nightstand and pull out my stash of razors. I carefully unwrap one and hold in against my wrist. I push down lightly making a small incision. Small droplets of blood form at the top of my now open wound. I make four more, five in total. The amount of years it's been since Daddy died. "How are things up there, Daddy. I would much rather be with you right now. But you told me to stay with mom. So that's what I'm gonna do. I'll make you proud one day." You get under the covers and slowly drift off. You don't even care that it was 7:20pm.
