Being a shifter is the greatest power of all.

Vampires are a type of shifter. They shift into a Vampire bat when travelling and feed off the blood of animals in order to control their craving for human blood. By keeping it under control, they avoid losing control around humans and attracting unwanted attention. This helps them keep their existence as a secret.

When one human boy sees a Vampire shift, he doesn't know what to think. He never believed in Vampires, but with the proof right in front of him, he has no choice but to accept it. He agrees to keep the Vampire's secret, so long as he shows him everything to do with his existence. Will everything go as simply as they planned?
