As i walked home from the long day of work, this group of guys walked up to me, the middle guy looked like he was in his early twenties... As do the other two, they are all at least six feet tall, maybe taller... The three men have raven or brown hair....
"Hey baby, wanna come home with me tonight?" The taller man asked he was off to the left of the middle guy, I glared at them and tried walking around them, but no, the fucking douche has to walk in front of me...
"fuck off..... You guys are asking for trouble....... I'll give you the trouble too." I said in a dangerous voice while walking around them, they followed me as i sprinted home, they yelled after me, i entered my home and locked the doors. I sighed heavily as i sat down on the red couch in my apartment, I looked out the window and saw nothing, 'good they left' i thought as i smiled lightly. I started falling asleep soon after that thought left my mind, i yawned lightly and fell to the side, dozing off into sleep.
~Time Skip~
the next time i woke up i looked at my clock that was above my door frame to my kitchen, i mentally screamed and jumped up quickly changing my clothes and sprinting out the door, down the steps and sprinting down the street. I started panting lightly as i was two blocks away from SPR, i looked behind me and saw the guys from last night 'Fuck..' as i finished that thought i reached the office and entered the building quickly. I pressed my back to the door as i entered, panting lightly, Lin walked by and saw me, he looked at me weirdly, i just smiled and waved him off. The guys banged on the door i ran off as they came in, it was just Me, Lin, Naru, and now those guys, i turned the corner and into the conference room, i bit my lip lightly. I slid into a door and yelped lightly, i opened the door and naru and Lin were sitting on the couch near the other side of the room. I looked at the door and it opened quickly, i fist came at my throat and hit my voice box, i stumbled back and held my throat as i kneed the guy in the stomach. Lin took the fight from there, i was taking short, uneven breaths in and out, Lin called the police and then checked on my throat.
"You alright Akane?" He asked me while placing a hand on shoulder, i shook my head and pointed to my throat, i tried speaking but it came out as i high pitched squeak, i coughed and closed my eyes in pain gritting my teeth tightly, i put my other arm over my mouth, i felt a liquid splatter onto the back of my hand. I pulled my hand away and saw blood, Lin's eyes widened and the police and ambulance men came in and saw me, their eyes widened slightly as they walked me out to the ambulance, they sat my down on the edge, and brought the X-Ray screen out, put it up to my neck, as they did that Lin and Naru walked out telling the police what happened. I winced in pain as one of the men's hands touched my neck,
"try speaking...." The man ordered i tried again, but the same results as last time, a high-pitched squeak...... The man sighed, and looked at the X-Ray.
"her voice box is destroyed.... She will no longer be able to speak... But will be able to write and do sign language, if she wants to learn that is...." My eyes widened and teared up, i nodded and held my throat gently as a tear slipped down my face. I got up and walked back to the office, i walked to my desk and sat down, got on my computer and got my notebook out, again, Lin walked in still talking to Naru. I started typing up some old case files, so Yasu's handwriting wasn't so... Messy.... I guess.... I did this to all the case files he wrote... As i continued typing my laptop got taken from under my fast hands, i looked up and Naru pointed to his mouth, i wiped mine quickly and saw dried blood, i smiles lightly and walked to the bathroom, washing it off. I sighed lightly and looked at my throat... I saw a nice sized bruise... I walked back out and the gang was in the conference room, i walked through the small group and to mine and Lin's office. They stared at me confused as i bent my head down and tears fell out of the corners of my eyes. I walked into my office that i shared with Lin, and sat down at my desk and continued to type silently as Naru and Lin talked quietly, i looked up at them. Lin walked over and placed a hand on my back and rubbed lightly i sighed lightly and smiled up at the two older men. I opened my mouth to speak then closed it slowly, i picked my notepad up and started writing.
'They were asking for trouble.... And i got the outcome of it' i showed them and smirked as i wrote the next thing.
'But i got two amazing men to protect me!' i smiled happily and huge smile and hugged them both tightly. They both rubbed my back softly and i started dozing off in their arms. (Yep A Lin x OC x Naru!!)
