Sky's POV
I knew from the minute I saw her that there was something about her. From her red and white hair that was as beautiful as a rose, to her green eyes that shone more that a newly polished emerald. But as much as I knew 100% that she was evil, I knew 100% that I had to make her mine. All this ran through my head in a matter of seconds as she walked into the restaurant.
My name is Skyler and I have black hair that is long and almost covers my eyes. I don't like covering my eyes because they are an amazing ocean blue. I'm 18 years old, and I work at a restaurant owned by my parents call The Haunted Ocean, it's filled with creepy underwater treasures. Most of them were found by my grandfather.
"Sky?" I hear my mother say, "Sky?" She says again a little louder, but I still don't respond. "Skyler!!!" She yells, I jump and immediately turn to look at her. "You were staring at that girl, now get back to work." Wow that's embarrassing, I walk up to where she was waiting to be seated, "hello my name is Skyler, I'll be you waiter tonight. How big is your party?" "Just one tonight" her voice was sweet like an angel's but had a mischievous edge to it. "Ok right this way to your table" I brought her to one of the really good tables with a view of now setting sun over the ocean. The beach is a white sandy colour and there are kids always on it. "Here you go..." I motioned to the table as she sat down. I gave her a menu and walked to one of the other tables to serve them.
I came back to hers a few minutes later, "can I get you something to drink?"
"Yes, I'll just have a water for now and I think I'm ready to order" her voice was so sweet, I wanted to talk to her for hours upon end.
"Ok, what can I get you?" I managed to say.
"How good are the crab cakes?"
"They happen to be my favourite, the crabs gets caught fresh in the morning and are delivered right to us after they are cleaned." It's true I wasn't just being one of those waiters who just try's to sell the food, the crab caked really is my favourite I could eat a whole pile of them if I was allowed.
"Alright, sounds good enough for me, I'll have those."
"Perfect I'll bring that right over" and with that I was done talking to her, for now.
I brought her her food and wished that I could just sit across from her and talk. She was the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. Wait! What was I saying? I HAVE A GIRLFRIEND! Oh no, what would Amanda say if she found out I was gawking at another girl?!? I quickly retreated into the employee bathroom and splashed some cold water on my face. I couldn't be falling for a girl that I've only seen for about 5 minutes, could I?
I came back after she was done eating and asked if she wanted anything else, "no that's fine just the bill please" her voice was ringing in my head. So I went to go get her bill, when I came back she paid with cash and gave me a $20 tip AWESOME! She also gave me her number and name on the bill, Aura, what a beautiful name. I think I might be falling for this girl... Is this a good thing or a bad thing?
