Kaleigh 8 and Sarah 6 were now hoping from foster home to foster home, because nobody wanted two young girls the same time. The Williams girls went from good foster homes to terrible ones . Even the best foster homes they never felt a Good connection with the foster parents or the other kids. Then one day a loving family came in for Sarah but not Kaleigh. The two girls were devastated to know that they would be split up. Soon after a not so good family came for Kaleigh. 8 months later was one of the saddest days of the Williams girls lives. They would be split up and maybe never be able to see each other again. Right before Sarah was about to get into the car, the two girls cried and gave each others one last hug. Kaleigh managed to whispered into Sarah's ear "we will stay in touch and meet again, you'll always be my little sister" . Then the car took off as Kaleigh watched it go out of site.
Sarah went to Paris with the Carrington's. The Carrington's were rich and wealthy with 8 other children , not including Sarah. With Sarah there were 3 boys and 6 girls. Kaleigh on the other hand went with the Barnes. They lived in a trailer in Alabama on a farm. The Barnes were not wealthy. Kaleigh had to learn to milk cows, strip the tobacco and drive a tractor. Also how to use the combine. She went to a old poor school and how to do things she had never don't me before.
