Alice looked up at the scarlet steam train and at the happy families. She wore a green dress and let her hair fall down . Alice could hear other students question her . 'Look at that girl . She must be a muggle born .' Said one boy with white blonde hair . Alice sighed and boarded the train. She sat down next to the window trunk at her feet and hands in her lap . She sat up with her good posture and waited for the train to start . 'Is this compartment taken ?' Said a boy from the door .' Umm .' Alice bit her lip .' No ' she looked up at the boy . And realised it was the same boy that called Alice a muggleborn . 'Are you a Mudblood ?' He asked . 'No and that's quite rude .' Alice said sweetly . 'Sorry ' said the boy absentmindedly. 'Um who are they ?' Asked Alice who had only just noticed the large group of boys outside . 'Oh just my friends . I'm Dray by the way .' Said the boy holding out his hand . Alice shook it . 'Can they come in it's quite weird with them staring and me .' Alice said . Dray waved his hand and the squished in . There was only 4 more .
Dray: blonde and pure blood
Josh: brown  and half blood
Liam : Black hair and muggle born
Blake : light brown and Pure blood
Neville  : Brown and Pureblood .
'I'm Alice . Just Alice . I don't have a last name . ' I said . 'Ok just Alice want anything that's the trolley witch .' Dray said pulling out a large amount of money . 'Um.' Alice said she was quite taken aback by being surrounded by people , even more unnerving Boys ! . 'Ok ' Alice said . Moving to the corner . Dray had moved next to her and Neville next to him , the others were on the other side . Alice felt eyes starring at her she looked to the other side and saw Josh staring at her . 'What ?' She asked him . 'Nothing .' He said looking away. On the way Alice had to move to the next compartment to get changed into her school robes .

'Alright , boys no being weird around Allie no rude comments she seems nice and sensitive ok .' 'Okay ' chimed the others . 'I'll behave !' Said Josh . 'Shut up . And just because she's smart is no reason to - ' . 'Okay Okay Dray we get it !' Said Laim . 'Good !' Said Dray .
'Hello ?' Said a quiet voice from the door . 'Were decent !' Said Neville loudly . Josh had made sure there was no where to sit expect for next to him . So Alice sat next to the door . The door opened again to another girl . 'Hello I'm Hermione Granger Is it ok if I sit here too ?' She asked . 'Ok !' Alice said happy to be with a large group . While the boys talked about something , maybe Quidditch Alice and Hermione shared their shared traits and decided to become friends . 'Urge where's Trevor ?' Asked Neville. 'Let's go look for him !' Said Hermione . She grabbed Neville and they left . 'Hey isn't that Trevor !' Said Liam . 'Yeah but let's not tell them !' I said .

The train finally stopped and the fist years were grouped into a small crowd . To set of across the lake first years would sail in little ships. This didn't like travelling on boats . She shared a boat with everyone except Neville and Hermione who shared a boat with a red head and and glasses . 'You look sick Allie !' Said Dray .'I dot like sailing ' Alice said holding back vomit . Josh smirked . He put an arm around me and without Alice knowledge winked to his comerades . 'You don't need to hold me Josh I'm quite alright .' Alice said Sweetly . Josh huffed and let go . The rest of the ship laughed . As I felt a wet slimy thing on my arm . 'Urgh ' I said flicking off the red tentacle off my arm .

Now for the moment . Follow my father or my friends 'Alice - ' I ran up  the stool and sat before McGonagall could finish . All of my friends were in gryffindor and yet my father was in slytherin . Where would I go ? 'Gryffindor !' Screamed the Hat I stood took of the hat and ran to the opposite table . I hugged Hermione and Dray everyone else was on the opposite side . I looked up at my father . He winked at me with his black eyes . He gave a small smile and turned away . I enjoyed the feast and returned to the Gryffindor common room right away . That night I was the only one left awake expect for the boy with glasses that was on Hermione' boat . I smiled at him and turned 'hello ' I said . 'Hello .' He said . 'Who are you ? ' I asked . ' me you don't know me , It's seems everyone else dose !' . ' he said . ' Oh ' I said walking to the common room . I sat on my bed and waited . I went back downstairs with a packed bag and neat uniform first to be out . I suddenly had a vision of a girl in a green dress and a boy . She looked like me , was it ? The boy looked like my dad , as a boy ? What,  why about my dad , AND WHO WAS THE GIRL ?
