My Name Is Jackie!
I was 10yrs old when my mom and dad passed away by a tsunami in a small place called Potpy (this is not a real place) i was playing with some kids on the beach untill the wind picked up and the waves started to get bigger. My mom&dad had no clue of what's going on. From afar i saw a wave but it was much bigger then he other ones, everyone saw it. People got scared and frightened that people all over the beach ran. My parents and I ran as well but we weren't to fast enough. Behind us was the biggest wave i have ever seen.
Maybe no one can survive that so I took my mom and dad's hands then ran as fast as I can to the highest building. But the water was closing in on us. My dad was the slowest so he knew that he was done for. He told me to take care of my mom and my brother, i cried and took my mom by the hand and started going to the tallest & strongest building there was.
My dad was gone by now and the water was starting to slow down. My mom burst in tears after the tsunami died. My brother was crying for hours and hours. A few years after once I turned 16 i went to school everyday an try my best getting my grades up.
I met a 2-3 people at know what i have been threw and know how I feel because they have been in that situation before. Malica is my bestest friend, but I'm the one that gets more attention cause umm... im cute-a.
