Chapter 12 Getting Ready for the Journey

Hey kitties I'm going to make a chapter. So I got better from my grandma dying but guess what happened after that!! I got sick yea!! Yea so I couldn't go to school so I'm in bed right now! Yea but let's go on to this chapter!!

That stupid cat!! She ran away so now how am I going to find Y/N!! Wait her sister I still alive I forgot. She is in the cell of course!! This is just perfect. She will be the bait!!!
Y/N POV
So let's see I need my bag. Okay let's see what my check list says.

[ ]Bow and Arrow
Okay that's easy enough. I can ask Aphmau for some food. Gather some clothes that Cadenza made for me. Get a few a bottles of water from Aphmau too. Make an axe, get my sword, and bow and arrow! That's everything so yea.
Let's go ask Aphmau for some food and some bottles of water!! When I get there I knock on the door. Aphmau answers and I ask "Hey can I borrow som food and water. I want stock up on food." "Sure take what you want we have plenty!" "Thanks!"
I walk over and grabs some food and water. I walk out the door and said bye to Aphmau. I walked back to my house and went to my room. I checked off water and food.

Next I need some clothes. That was easy. Let's get my axe, sword, and bow and arrow. I walked to my armory and got that stuff. I think that's good let me check my check list again.

Okay that's all goo I guess I'll meet up with Laurence.
Laurence's POV
She said she had food and water. So all I need is clothes and armor. My sword and also my bow and arrow. And maybe and axe just in case. Well got everything so I guess I can meet up with Y/N.
This is going to be weird since I think I have a crush on Y/N. But I can't tell her that it would be awkward. And it will hurt our friendship. But the weirdest thing is that I thought I loved Aphmau. I guess she never made me feel the way I like Y/N??
Well I guess I should meet up with her before I'm late. When I got there I didn't see her. Maybe she won't realize that I was late. I saw her walking this way and waved to her. She waved back.
Oh gosh I'm getting butterflies in my stomach. Why does she make me feel this way when I see her. Okay okay just act cool. Nope can't do it!! Just don't make eye contact!! "You ready to go Laurence?" "Yea common you lead the way."
We walked through the gate and left Phoenix drop. We'll be back soon hopefully. I left that note for Aphmau saying
Dear Aphmau,
Me and Y/N are going on a little journey. We will be back soon. So don't worry about us. Bye see you soon.

Hopefully she see's it and doesn't freak out. Well this might not take awhile. Maybe. Well here we go off to find the truth.
Y/N POV
I was a little late but maybe Laurence would be late to. I looked ahead and saw Laurence. So he wasn't late dang it. He looked my way and smiled and waved. I smiled back and waved back.
Thankfully I was to far away for him to see me blush. I walked a little slower so my blush could go away. And thankfully it did.
When I got to him he was looking around avoiding me weird. I asked "You ready to go Laurence?" "Yea common you lead the way." We went through the gate and to see if C/N was lying.
But why would she lie to me. I don't know I'm just confused and sad/mad. I don't know what I'm feeling. I just need to see what happened myself. But I don't want todo it alone so I asked Laurence.
I think that was a wrong choice. Because I think I have a crush on him. And it might get awkward. Oh well can't change it now. Have to stick with it.
I hope this doesn't take to long. Maybe a day or two. I don't really know I just don't want it to take a long time. And if it is true then... No it's not true but it would explain my injury.
But I don't want it to be true I just don't. I was going to cry so I tried thinking of something else. It wasn't very easy. I just couldn't help myself.
I started crying. Laurence looked at me and asked "are you alright whets wrong?" "I keep thinking that C/N might be telling the truth." He just hugged me. "Do you need to take a little break?" "But it will take us longer if we take a break now." "I can carry you if you need a break?" "Umm?!?!" "You alright?"
I realized that I was blushing badly. "Yea um I'm fine!" "So you don't need a break?" "I guess we could take a break." "I don't need one so I will just carry you until your good." "Alright." Wait did I just say that no!! He picked me up bridle Style. I started blushing even more if that was possible.
I hid my face in his chest. But it did make me feel better. I took my face out of his chest and looked up. He was so cute I don't get this feeling.
I never felt this way to a guy. I guess that's because I never really met a lot of people.
