Inhale

Exhale

The freshman building was detached from the rest of the school. There had to be like 12 classes in there...

I entered and walked into a random class and stood by the door hands crossed. Everyone was minding their own business conversing as the bell rung right after. Oh welp, guess I was late.

I poured out of the classroom to discover a hallway full of students holding goodies and toys. Those were the small portable toys,

no, not happy meal toys,

ones that you may occupy your time with no matter how old or how bored you were; a-and play your life away. Better yet, they sat in little bags...how organized.  At this moment I was triggered.

I jostled a door wide and ignored the looks given by remaining people in the room. I want a goody bag >:¬{.

"'Scuse me Mr!," I yelped to get the adult's attention.
"Do you have more of those?," I signaled my gaze towards a bag in a girl's hands.

"No,-" as soon as his head twisted to the left, I exited the room.

I finally got out of the tiny building empty-handed.
In the corner of my eyes, I noticed a house looking structure on the other side of the school's campus.
