In Love With The Leader in Blue (Sequel)

CHAPTER TWO (EDITED)

  TALIA POV

As the turtles were jumping and climbing through the sewers,causing me to hold onto Leo tightly I said "well that was a close call."

"now we have to find a new space, to watch the game now Mikey" Raph told Mikey. I look to see Mikey stop, by a gap underground that shows the street. I ask Leo to stop which he does, then I jump off his shell.

"what are you looking at Mikey?" I asked him, as I walk over to him. I look myself and see that its the halloween parade. I stood on the left of Mikey, whilst the others stood behind us.

"its the halloween parade bros, I always wanted to be in the Halloween parade. its the one night of the year, where we can fit in" Mikey explained.
As Leo grabs my hand, he says to Mikey "Mikey will never fit in. we're ninja's that live in the shadows, lets go!"

Leo pulls me with him, but Mikey doesn't follow us. we noticed he went up to see the parade. So Leo tries to call him from under the manhole cover, but all Mikey did was push the cover down with his feet.

"thats it!" Raph exclaimed, then he pulled Mikey back down to us. he said in amazement "that was totally awesome."

"what part of ninja's move in the shadows, don't you understand?" Raph asked, being serious with Mikey.
"don't be mean Raph, he was just having a little fun" I said, sticking up for Mikey.

Again, Donnie's phone begins to ring. "April, how did it go? he asked, after he answered then puts his phone on speaker.
I hear April answer "Donnie I hacked into Baxter's emails."

"great what did you find?"

"wait Donnie! the files are erasing.'

"erasing?"

"it's gonna be some sort of program, Baxter set up" I said. I am some kind of a nerd, but don't know a lot like Donnie.
"before it happen, I had a chance to read some emails. Shredder is being transported, to upstate New York and the foot plan to hit the convoy" April revealed.

"there gonna break him out of custody" Donnie said turning away from myself and his brothers, making Leo confused on who's gonna break out. so he asked his brother "who Donnie?"

he turned back to look at us. he answered "Shredder."

Am never going to get enough of this... the one and only sewer slide.

whilst being carried by Leo, we slide down the sewer slide seeing one of the entrances to the new lair. We enter the lair, causing a huge splash and Splinter to fall from meditating.

Once we got to the bottom, I get up and walk over to Splinter. I help Splinter up, whilst the boys ran past him. "Wait a minute, slow down. would someone like to explain?" Splinter asked. Leo walks over then kneels in front of his father.

he answered "Sensei, the foot clan are planning to break Shredder out of police custody."

"if Shredder is free, his whole reign of terror will begin on the city again" Splinter reminded his son.
"exactly" Leo said back.

"well there's only one question? why are you wasting time, talking to a grumpy old rat. go get him!" Splinter exclaimed.
Leo got up, then ran passed his Sensei yelling "thanks dad!"

I follow to where, Leo went. I look to see Donnie new creation. it was a dumpster truck, with fire engines on each side and a manhole shooter on the front. Also with the words 'Tartaruga Brothers' on the side.

Raph, Mikey, and Donnie got in the truck but I stop Leo. I kiss him on the lips, then say "go get him babe, but you and the boys be careful."

"we always are" Leo reassured then kissed me back. he got into the passenger's seat of the truck, and then it drives off leaving the lair.
I fold my arms together, whilst holding my 'L' necklace. it's so awesome to have a ninja turtle, for a boyfriend.

I walk back to Splinter, who setted up two mats on the floor where he meditates. "are you ready for another session Talia?"

I answered "of course Master Splinter."

like it says in the prologue, Splinter has been helping me control my powers as they have been evolving, by having meditation sessions everyday. in my honest opinion, I couldn't have controlled of my powers without Splinter. he's been like a father to me, these past two years.
Once Splinter puts the meditation music on we sit down on the mats, facing each other. Splinter folds his legs, and I do the same. 

"Like last time Talia, place your hands on your knees with palms facing up. And close your eyes, taking deep breaths in and out" Splinter instructed. I did what he said, closing my eyes then taking deep breaths in and out.

"concentrate on your breathing Talia, feel your power surge through your palms" Splinter said. I feel the electricity, appear all over my arms then hover over my arms. I open my eyes, seeing two balls of blue electricity hover over my palms. they shaped into one howling wolf.

As they disappear, I think what the heck could they mean. so I asked Master Splinter "what did those wolves mean Splinter."

Splinter stroked his beard, like he was thinking. Then he answered "am not sure, maybe its a sign that something's gonna happen to you in the future."

what would wolves, have to do with my future? just have to wait and see but its going to bother me.

we got back to our meditation session.

*TIME SKIP*

April came by the lair, just after I finished my session. seconds later, the boys came back with bad news. Shredder has escaped, but the weird part is that he vanished into thin air.

we stood around Donnie's computer station. I asked "so how in the world would Shredder, just vanish leaving no trace?"

"wait if I run the video from my shoulder cam, through an electrostatic filter. we might see what happened to Shredder" Donnie explained, going to work uploading the video.

"come on show me something buddy" Leo praised Donnie. the video loads up, so we all look at it.

what comes up is a blue portal, with some residue coming out of it.

Donnie explained "it appears to be some residue, from a teleportation event."

"yeah teleportation event residue man, its the worst Mikey said, sounding like he didn't know what that meant.

Raph asked "does that kind of technology, even exist?"

"Baxter's being work on this technology, for years" Donnie answered.

"all of that stuff I pulled off, Baxter's Ipad was filled of information. About Shredder and the foot clan, it was like a virtual playbook" April explained to Donnie.

"Maybe Baxter has a back up, at TCRI?" I asked.

"Yeah Donnie I need something. what you got?" April asked. Donnie looked like he got an idea.

"wait I know exactly what you need, a plug in play" Donnie answered,giving her the device.

"Perfect, myself and Talia will go and check it out."

As I follow April, Leo said "will come with for extra support."

April stopped them, by saying "wait, sons coming up. you can't go outside."

they all looked sad, but I reminded them "you'll be seen guys. don't worry, me and April will be fine."

I mouthed 'I love you' to Leo, then leave the lair with April. I feel sad for them all the time, but its the only way they are safe and not seen.
