"Ughhhhh Mira why am I so bored?!" I ask Mira as I slam my head against the bar. "Maybe you should go on a job with the team, that always brings you joy." she says as she continues to clean the mug in her hand. A chill runs through my body at the thought of going on a mission with Natsu and the rest; the last mission we went on ended up with us being chased out of the village. "I don't think that's a good idea Mira." I sigh as I try to think of something to do. "How about you tell Natsu how you really feel?" Mira says with a devious grin on her face; my face flushes red at her comment. "Mira you know I can't do that!!" I whisper yell at her. "Why not Lucy, the entire guild knows that you guys have feelings for each, other why not just tell him?" She asks. "Because he's a dense idiot that's why." I reply quickly, "As much as I want to tell him I can't stand to ruin our friendship." I hear Mira sigh slightly before she says,"Sometimes it's better to make that sacrifice Lucy, you can't just keep denying your emotions." She softly explains. "Here's an idea how about you invite him and some others over to your house one of these days, have Natsu come over before them so y'all can talk. If he's to dense to get the idea, when the others get there you'll be able to distance yourself from him a bit, how does that sound?" I contemplate over what she said, it sounds like a great idea but I'm frightened about the outcome,"Yeah" I say," It sounds like a great idea.
~~~~~Time Skip~~~~
After I left the guild I went straight home and started thinking about an invitation I'm going to send and who to invite. Erza is probably going to go visit Jellal this weekend so not her. I guess I'm just going to invite Gray, Juvia, Charle, Happy, Wendy, and the most important guest Natsu. I quickly start to write my invitation.
Hello you guys, I'm having a little get together this weekend if you guys are available to come over. My plans are for us to go to the beach and then head over to my place to watch some movies.

Once I'm finished with writing the invites I drop them off at everyone's mail box, then head over to the guild.
~~~~At the Guild~~~~
I sit at the bar watching Natsu and Gray bash each others brains in. "Neh, neh Lucy when are you going to invite Natsu over?" I hear Mira say behind me. I turn around and look at her "I was thinking about inviting him over tonight but I'm a bit terrified... I mean what would happen if he denies me and I......" my rambling is cut short by Gray crashing into the bar barely missing me. I look behind me and see Natsu rolling on the floor with laughter. Mira clears her throat and says, "Tonight would be a good night, now go!" she ushers me towards Natsu as she helps Gray up from his daze. I walk towards Natsu who is still laughing, and ask in a timid voice, "Hey Natsu.... Eto I was wondering if you wanted to come over tonight, I'm having a little get together and I thought it would be nice if you could help me get things together?" I look away with slight blush on my face.
~~~~Natsu~~~~
I'm still still laughing from throwing the Ice Princess across the guild when Lucy walks up to me, "Hey Natsu" she says "Eto I was wondering if you wanted to come over tonight, I'm having a little get together and thought it would be nice if you could help me get things together?" I look up at her and see a light blush on her face as she waits for my response. "Sure, we can plot against the Ice Princess!!" I say standing up. I take her hand and start running towards her apartment.
~~~~Lucy's POV~~~~
Natsu grabs my hand and starts running out of the guild. When we get to my apartment building he picks me up and scales up the tree to get into my room. "Baka, why couldn't we have taken the door!!" I yell at him as he drops me on the bed. "I was too lazy." he mumbles as he plops onto the bed next to me. I sit up and start planning with him about the weekend.
~~~~ Time Skip~~~~
We decided that we're going to stay at the beach for 5 hours and when we get back to my apartment binge watch on old cartoons or scary movies.
Now that we're finished planning Natsu and I are just relaxing watching some TV, using the comforter from my bed to cover our legs. Out of nowhere I feel him pull me back towards his chest and hold onto me. I let out a small whimper of protest, he leans over me and asks,"Are you ok with this?" I nod my head quickly feeling my face light up with heat. "Good" he says leaning towards me, lightly kissing my lips. My heart nearly rips out of my chest once he pulls away. What the hell was that is all I can think as he continues to hold onto me.
