Hi guys, so I was reading this book, that I loved and one of the tags she did was #whereIlive and I loved how she wrote it. So today in class we had to write a poem and I wrote a where I live poem. I hope you guys like it!
I live in a place
where you have freedom.
I live somewhere, where people are
protesting because they
disagree with what
some may say. I live
in a place where I feel safe
and I have people that understand
me during my rough times.
My home is this place
where I feel safe,
and have freedom to do
what I want. My home is
where my friends and
family are to support me.
I live in a place where
bad things could happen, but
I still feel safe.
